0 Stars horrible customer service.
1st of all I paid for 1 day delivery and my package arrived 3 days later. My original delivery was missing the couch I paid for and only had a cover. After a week of very limited communication via email (no phone support available) with the support team was I sent another package which actually contained the couch. I went days between responses with the support team and ultimately was told that the delayed response was my fault as I sent to many follow up emails. It’s a lame reason for poor customer service. I paid almost $500 for this couch and yes I was stressed and even more stressed by the lack of response. I would never purchase anything from this website again. I was still never refunded for the late delivery either.

Order shipment was great but why did I order it?
Received my order quickly. I kept the item but feel it was oversold. It did not and does not meet my needs but from reading The NY Times you would believe it was next to a miracle worker!
