We called our son to see how he liked the card. B Day cake pop-up with lights and music. He said he didn't get it! After looking around, he found it but thought it was junk mail. It didn't have our names on it and it didn't play music. The envelope it came in was damaged. The ink on it was smeared but you could make out his address, barely!. It didn't say who it was from. Neither on the card or envelope. There was a blank card with it but it too was blank. When we called to complain, we were told it was $5 more for personalization!!! Really?? You sell a card for a special occasion and then you want more money to say who it's from?? That is so wrong. Asked for a refund. We'll see how that works out. Oh, and I don't charge for reviews, good or bad.

I've ordered from LovePop many times, but this time was a challenge. The website process went (at first) as per usual, but in the checkout screen there was a problem. The only option for shipping was free, which was fine, but when I went to checkout, I received an error message stating "you have to choose a shipping option". There were no options to select! The default method was free shipping, but there were *no* other options, and it wouldn't allow me to place the order. I had to call to fix the problem. I appreciate the customer service help, but LovePop needs to fix their website!
