Great Experience
Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful when placing our order with Luggage Pros. Matthew went above and beyond helping us. He called to tell us the wallet we were ordering had two different features, he wanted to make sure we were ordering the right wallet with the feature we wanted. Great customer service to resolve a problem quickly and efficiently.
I ordered a suitcase about a week ago. Four days later, after they had handed over to FedEx, it appears that FedEx had lost the bag. I told a person named Jodi at customer service that we were traveling several days later and would need the bag before then. Jodi immediately traced the original order for return to LuggagePros, then expedited a new bag out to me. I received it today 3 days before departure. Just a superb experience all around.

Our order was received lightning fast. We had a problem opening the luggage when we received it. We called customer service, and within 2 minutes we had the problem solved.
