She was rude and talked down to me about whether I was accurate about what I'd seen online. She kept lecturing and being disrespectful, so I cancelled. The way that rep treated a customer is unacceptable. Their response just proved they don't understand how rude and dismissive they were. I can't imagine dealing with them on returns. I'm done.
When I made my order I set up an account but it disappeared when I tried logging in. I created a new account using the same email and now my order doesn't show up there either.
Right after my order confirmation I got an error email, and when I called the number it had a robot that tried pushing me to buy Life Alert and some weird Caribbean Cruise deal before hanging up on me. Called back and got another robot that put me on hold saying there was only one person ahead of me, then connected me to yet another robot saying they only take calls during business hours. That info should have been in the initial email instead of leaving customers in the dark. This is terrible customer treatment.
