The Olympic outfits are absolutely…
The Olympic outfits are absolutely appallingly. They are drab and make are athletes look terrible. Who did this did you not know your garments would be on display in one of the world’s fashion capitals.Chip Wilson was right nobody knows what they are doing.I sure hope you are not doing the next one.

Lululemon material quality has gone Down big time!
I bought a pair of yoga pants 3 months ago from this shop, paid €98. I wore them a handful of times, washed them 30c with dark colors and always hung dried them. I live in Italy, and don’t have a dryer. I had baught from lululemon in the past and had no problems. However, this time, the quality of the product and material have really gone down. I have tiny little balls on my pants in between the legs and on the top of the right thigh. I wrote customer service, and they said that I do my washing wrong, that I should wash only in cold water and that basically I am the problem, not their product. Soon they will sell yoga pants, but you should not practice yoga in them, you should only stare at them, and not too hard or they will get ruined. I will never again spend money on this brand. The quality is the same as a pair of yoga pants that costs 30€. I will stick to the cheaper ones, that feel the same and have the same lifespan. Pants produced in Cambodia…produced at a very low cost and sold overpriced. they might want to quality control better and revise their customer service. Never again!!

3rd time they tried to take the cheaper…
3rd time they tried to take the cheaper route with delivery and my items never made it to me !!!!! The costumer’s service is terrible and they don’t even care they the company is being ripped off by clowns

Holy hole btwn legs!
I used to buy so many fine quality lululemon products but have stopped purchasing due to their horribly cheaper quality and terrible seams. I received a gift a while back (align leggings) and the seam has split right near the "undercarriage" in one spot....its evident that whoever did the sewing rushed and didnt sew over enough of the material. It is perfectly split..I have had pants that last years without any issues and the more expensive brand cant even sew a seam shut. Horrible and do not reccommend until they bring their previous quality material back.

Gift Cards Should Be More User-Friendly!
Got a gift card recently for a refund when I returned some sale items. They had a computer glitch at the store, so I had to get a physical card. Now the system doesn’t recognize the gift card. So I will have to make another trip to the store. What a waste of my time! Just refund to our credit card for sale items, and if you can’t do that, then make sure the amount goes automatically into our account. I am convinced that this practice of refusing to refund to the same method of payment is just a company ploy to make more money - they are counting on people losing or forgetting about their gift cards. Or simply getting so frustrated that they give up. DO BETTER LULU!

Missing Items, no support from Customer Service
I ordered 2 items for a christmas gift. I received the package but only one item was in the package. I contacted them and they first said too bad because it was delivered to an office and not a home? Does it make a difference? The package was not tampered with and had nothing to do with where the item was shipped. After contacting them mulitiple times, they couldn't understand that it was their packing error - they would not read the email. Then they came back and said " oh we understand you received someone else's package" again, not what i said. I finally sent them picture of the packing slip with a big note says "ITEM NOT RECEIVED". Now after 3 follow up emails, they are completely ignoring me. What I do find odd is they originally said to me "call you bank to dispute the charge' I can't believe that credit card companies would even allow them to say that. Regardless, lululemon customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered.

I recently bought online Define Nulu…
I recently bought online Define Nulu jacket in new Porcelain Pink color. It’s doesn’t fit me, right shoulder is overstretched, stitches are not straight, material is thin and cheap. Have the same model in navy blue- the quality of Pink one dropped unacceptably . Waisted $128 ‼️.

No consideration for circumstances
Lululemon customer service return policy is ridiculous! I have 2 align skirts purchased spring brand new with tags and rip tags that I purchased and they were two small so I purchased two more with the same store not even a week later! I had taken the two that were too small in for a refund, but they will only give store credit even tho they could put them right back on the shelf for sale!I am a single mom who needs the $200 right now and they will only offer me a gift card! I don’t need more clothing I need to pay my bills so this is absolutely off putting and I will never shop with them again!
