Been a loyal customer for years with tons of Maidenform bras in my collection. Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. I've had to toss at least 6 bras recently because the underwire snaps in half and becomes impossible to remove or repair. On top of that, the underwire shifts around and pokes through on the sides. I genuinely loved this brand, so it's disappointing. I'm concerned there might be a new manufacturer involved, but my wallet can't take much more of this. I usually grab them from Kohls or straight from the website, and I take good care of them by washing delicate, separate from other clothes, and air drying. Would appreciate any guidance. The specific style is the Maidenform Everyday Modern Demi.

Complete rip-off. Do not purchase from them. Straight up scam.

Absolutely not. This is the most uncomfortable bra I've ever purchased. Leaning over for anything causes everything to spill right out of the cups. The band also curls up, making the whole situation even worse. I can't wait to take it off at home and throw it in the trash. Really disappointed with this choice.

These bras have been great over the years and stay comfortable even with my sensitive skin, no itching at all. The sizing feels right, but there's a serious problem with the underwires popping out. Brand new bras that I barely wear are already having this issue, with wires coming loose from both the front and the armpit area. Before my next purchase, I'm going to reconsider. They really need to strengthen the stitching in those spots or they'll see customers like me going elsewhere. Maidenform should get on this or watch their customer base shrink.

The deals are fantastic and the quality is solid, but getting your money back is a nightmare. I shipped back an item in early April and as of June I'm still no refund. Calling them today, they put me on hold, then said they'd process it with the promise I'd see funds in 3 to 5 days. Last month they told me to expect it by late May. This back and forth is eating up my time and my patience. I'm not ordering from them again.

These are literally the poorest quality underwear I've ever gotten. I'd give them negative stars if I could. Every single pair I purchased ripped apart either after wearing once or during laundry. The construction is terrible and nowhere near worth what they charge. Steer clear.

Terrible environmental practices plus subpar product quality. I ordered several pairs of underwear for my first purchase. Here's the massive problem: all 7 pairs arrived in individual plastic bags way bigger than necessary, then wrapped in an enormous plastic shipping envelope, and each pair came on its own plastic hanger. Way too much plastic for no reason! Out of 7 pairs, 6 are tolerable if not particularly soft for the price point. One pair feels scratchy and stiff. Strange that I got 3 of the same style and only one feels this way. Plus the entire order smells absolutely terrible, strong enough that it made my head hurt and made me feel sick. This company is actively harming the environment while potentially exposing customers to hazardous substances in their production. Unacceptable and gross. I returned everything and will never buy from them again, and I'm telling everyone I know to avoid them too.

Total waste of my effort. I went with their site instead of Amazon to avoid quality issues with basics. My order showed up with nothing inside to tell me what I got or confirm the purchase, and no confirmation email either. Had to call their support desk to sort it out since their website login feature doesn't function right. I won't be going back.

Spent way too long putting together an order just to find the website crashes. Tried both Chrome and Edge and got nowhere. My order never went through. Looking for help proved impossible with no email support available, chat closes after business hours, and phone lines aren't staffed. Now I'm sitting here frustrated with no purchase to show for all that time.

Terrible customer service experience. Decided to order directly from them for the first time. A week and a half goes by and my order is still stuck on processing with zero shipping info. I try reaching out to their support line but it's down for days. Even worse, my order is trapped in processing mode so I can't even cancel it. And if something doesn't fit right, get ready for a six week wait just to process a return. Yeah, things are slower because of the pandemic, but that's not an excuse for poor communication and service. Won't be ordering from them again.
