Unacceptable! They send defective items and expect YOU to do the work.
Absolutely shocking experience. I received a pair of shoes that looked like they had been used as a display for months, full of defects and clearly not in "new" condition. I will never order from Mango Outlet again!

If there's one thing I regret in life
If there's one thing I regret in life, it's not checking Trustpilot about Mango Outlet before I bought from them. I definitely don't recommend it. I'm so disappointed with how much Mango's service has gone downhill. I ordered from Mango Sweden, and when I wanted to return something, I was shocked to find out I had to send it back to Spain, which cost me $60. And of course, they didn't pay for it.

Stay away
Stay away! Zero customer support. I was forced to return clothes via mail as they closed physical store in Barcelona which of course they didn't inform about anywhere. Postage cost was 23EUR! They refused to reimburse claiming there was option to return in store - which is not!!! You closed due to reconstruction with no further info.

Dont believe the negative reviews
Wow actually came on here to write a positive review which i hardly ever do. But i love mango outlet. Quality has been amazing. Stylish clothes. Great prices. Whats not to like? Not had to send anything back yet as everything i've ordered has looked good. I've had loads of compliments on everything.

I beg you all to stay away from…
I beg you all to stay away from ordering at Mango Outlet. The return process is just a one big mess, you have to pay an extremely high return label that aren’t paid by the company, and I only get a error when sending them a mail with that their mailbox is full and therefore they can’t receive any more mails.I don’t know if I’ m going to laugh or cry.

scam allert mangooutlet.com is a scam i have there emails all the proofs i ordered mens jeans they sent me child jeans and those cost me 470 kronor as it was mangooutlet.com fault they admitted we this is our fault once we recieve return package we will return shipping cost now its more than 2 months they haven't returned my money i dont even know how they are working in Europe its a huge scam its better to purchase from china i am shocked to see how government has no policy on digital fraud...please please mangooutlet.com is a scam do not buy

Extremely disappointed with Mango Outlet.
My order process was chaotic from the start, with contradictory emails about returns before I had even received the parcel, followed by delivery issues and delays. The whole experience felt disorganized and unreliable.On top of that, I received no response at all from customer service when I asked for clarification. The return cost is unreasonably high, especially considering the problems with the order and delivery.Very frustrating experience. I expected much better. I will think twice before ordering ever again.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews
I placed an order and then decided to lookup the reviews because the prices seemed too good to be true, but my word these reviews are insane. I bought a coat which would normally cost £150 for £25, saving £125. I bought it in 2 sizes to try which gave me free delivery. Yes, true, it didn’t come with a pre-paid returns label, but I was more than happy to pay £4.50 to return it, bringing my savings down to a mere £120.50… boohoo. Delivery was pretty fast and I was able to track it via the link on my order confirmation email. The quality of the coat was good and I’m keeping it. Don’t know what all these comments are about - maybe different experiences for people in different countries but the website is perfectly trustworthy for anyone in the UK looking to buy. Edit - I received a full refund within a few days of sending the item back. I’ve only just received an email saying my return is in progress and I’ll receive a refund once the following steps have been completed:“· Delivery to the warehouse in Spain - Up to 7 working days· Checking of the returned items - Up to 48 hours· Confirmation of refund by e-mail”However I’ve already received a refund before any of these steps have been completed. No complaints at all.
