the Boxers are worth it!
Inititally got the platinum package for my boyfriend and an extra pair of boxers for Christmas. He loves the boxers so much it has become a stable for any presents. I have slowly replaced all his boxers with the Manscaped ones because he loves it so much. Highly recommended!

Dome Shaver. Have Manscaped compromised quality for cost?
I purchased a Dome shaver in December from Boots but it was damaged by the end of January.I use a significant amount of Manscaped products and the lawnmower which have been excellent. However, I have used the Dome shaver approximately eight to ten times and two of the clips that attach the blades have broken. Consequently, I have returned to using a razor which is inconvenient.I had come to trust Manscaped but after examining the blade components on the detachable parts and comparing them to a friend’s much cheaper one from Amazon I am surprised by the poor build quality. The product appears cheap and fragile.The design, battery and general feel of the other products are excellent and the exterior appears to be a premium product. However, two of the heads fall off mid-shave at the gym leaving my head partially shaved.

Great company to deal with
I bought the lawnmower 3.0 four years ago. Has worked perfectly. I dropped it recently and the guard broke. I was looking at Amazon for replacement parts but they were all third party. I emailed manscape asking how I can buy a replacement guard and they replied within 5 minutes. They’re sending me out a new one completely free of charge. Easy to deal with and good products.

Scam company!!!
Scam company!!!! After you order they "upgrade" you to vip without notice, send stuff out and just charge you randomly. Stay away!!!!

Think hard about upgrading....
Last year I upgraded my brilliant Lawn Mower 3.0 trimmer to the 5.0 Ultra. I did this because the 3.0 was getting to the point where it was struggling to retain its charge for long... Luckily, I kept the 3.0 and so glad I did...Not sure what you have produced in the 5.0 Ultra, but its trimming capabilities are far inferior to those of its predecessors.. It feels blunt (even with brand new heads) and struggles to crop hair during its first pass (the 3.0 had no such issues). Added to this, its teeth tend to pull/tug at the hair rather than shear it off, at great pain to the recipient.Just not a comfortable experience at all, I'm afraid, and regrettably, my rating reflects it.

Product stuck in shipping for 2 months
I ordered a lawnmower 5.0, because I needed a new all purpose barber tool, and I remembered hearing about the brand in that famous Youtube ad. I went and purchased it during the cyber-monday sale in november 2025, but have not yet received it as of January 30th 2026. I first gave them the benefit of the doubt because there was probably a flood of orders coming in at the time, but 2 months is alot even for international shipping. I checked the tracking order and the last shipping status update was from December 2nd, that said the carrier has received data regarding your parcel. But the tracking number says the order wasn't found. I'd like to give a review on the performance of the product. I know it was an unintentional error from Manscaped, but I wonder if you could forget to pay for something at the supermarket and defend it with forgetfulness/human error, or you would still get blamed with shoplifting. I'd like to review the performance of the product, but for now it's going to be a 1 star for handling shipment. Have a nice day

Rapid delivery; v useful grooming kit
Rapid delivery. Excellent bit of kit. Sorts out the nostrils (or wars?), v quickly. Leave the house looking groomed, and you can face the world with confidence.

Quality Manscape products…
I have used some of Manscape products for some time now. The products are very good, and have quality to them. I have a couple of the trimmers, so I keep one in my suitcase because i travel a lot.

What started off as a good company
What started off as a good company, good products has deteriorated.They have been numerous timesi have not had deliveries yet when brought to Manscaped’s attention they state if I cancel will relinquish any offersSo Manscaped is in the business of taking money and not delivering.The CS is abysmal and they do not acknowledge and deal with complaints.
