Worst service 😒. I made an appointment online, and I wait to be service half hour and no one assist me. I spoke with the latino manager who was very rude. Don't go there!!!!

I came in thinking I needed air in my tires . Apparently I had too much air in it is why my lights came on . But a young lady named Deja helped me out with making sure I had the right amount of air . Thank you mavis tires . Thank you Deja for ur services

I will never go there again. I brought a fleet vehicle. I was helped by Isaac. Isaac was rude, disrespectful demeanor about him. I asked him if they check it. He yeah if they approve it. If not it will be sitting right there where you left it until you come back for it. I was waiting at the counter for Isaac to check in the vehicle & get my name. He looked up at me as if what are you still doing here? My co worker & I asked for a manager to complain about Isaac's rudeness. As it turns out Isaac is a manager. I decided to get my keys back & call corporate to make a complaint. Isaac has the worse customer service skills & he should not be a manager nor should he be dealing with people. I also saw him be rude with other customers while I was there. He acted as if he did not want to be at work & taking it out on customers as if they were a nuisance to him. I ended up taking the fleet vehicle to another business. I would not recommend coming there if Isaac is working.

Finally, I found an honest mechanic! Matt has taken care of both my wife and my vehicles in the past and I will now trust him with my children's cars as well. Today I came in with a nail in my tire and Matt not only took my vehicle right away but was more than fair/honest and got me right back out within 15 minutes. His customer service abilities are top notch which makes the overall car repair experience as stress free as you can get.

My son went to the store and spoke with an employee who quoted him $278 for new headlights. Since we knew the bulbs were around $100 each at an auto parts store, that seemed like a reasonable price.The next day, he brought the car in and they installed the headlights without confirming the price beforehand or having him sign anything. He’s still young, and when they told him the total was $500 at checkout, he paid it. I’ve since talked with him about making sure to confirm pricing in advance.I followed up with Brian, the store manager, who told me the headlights were $300 each and that he had already discounted them by $100. Based on what I know about the cost of these parts, that pricing didn’t add up. I also mentioned that my son had been quoted a much lower price, which he said he was unaware of. He told me he would look into it and call me back the next day, but I never heard back. That was three weeks ago.Based on this experience, I would not recommend going to this Mavis location. I’ll be sticking with Christian Brothers and Discount Tire going forward.

Went for an oil change and they spilled oil all over motor that my car was smelling like something was burning . Went back they said you have a problem we don’t know what’s wrong. Take it to a reputable auto mechanic he tells me what happens. Paid to get it fixed !!They also asked to write a review when you leave they need great reviews.Well you picked the wrong customer.What a racket they are running. Do yourself a favor and pay a few more dollars and go to your dealer .

My husband and I traveled from North Wilkesboro, NC to Greensboro, NC for a monthly luncheon that happened to be in the same business strip as Mavis Tires. When we got to the restaurants we had a flat tire. After lunch we drove to Mavis. Nick greeted us immediately and put the car on the lift. Turned out there was no nail, but we needed a new valve stem. Nick replaced the valve for us and did not charge us for anything! We were amazed with the courtesy and kindness to us. Thank you Nick! May your kindness come back to you in full.
