I have bought 15 bags from MCM,a make up bag, trainers and even a cap as a gift for my son DIRECTLY FROM MCM SHOPS . I placed a genuine brand new bag for sale on vinted. MCM THEMSELVES made vinted remove my item stating that they believed it to be counterfeit. MCM THEMSELVES CANNOT TELL WHAT THEIR OWN GENUINE GOODS LOOK LIKE. I’ve included my genuine receipt below and their listing removal notice just to prove that MCM themselves cant remember what their own bags look like.

I was mislead and lied too about a promotion that was available for purchases over 850 when it was time for MCM too give me my free wallet they were sold out after two of their employees promised the wallet too me I will never do business with them again I feel scammed and definitely lied too for a miserable 1,250 I hate liars

The end of August 2025 I purchased a belt for my son‘s birthday $380. My son wore it one time the second time he wore it buckle fell apart November 5. I contacted repairs all online said 7 to 10 days I would hear something in December I contacted customer service and complained. I have a list of names people I spoke to and said the repair department is backed up, so what the quality of the belt is not the same as it was four years ago. On January 15 after me complaining hundreds of times calling the number customer service I got an email saying to send the belt back. They were gonna give me a refund. They received the belt January 28, 2026. I called February 3, 2026 and they said oh we see we got the belt back from the day. We got it back 10 days. You’ll have your refund today is February17, 2026. I still haven’t received anything and when I call MCM it just rings and rings and rings and sometimes it just hangs up on me. It’s like they have my number stored or something and they know it’s me. For being a well-known product expensive merchandise this is horrible customer service ! I get told a supervisor will call you back 24 to 48 hours. Never once has One ever called me back. I called the customer service. They say oh we do not have no supervisors in. Oh don’t worry we see that we received about you gotta wait we’re so behind it. It’s just been horrible experience with MCM and for buying my son a belt for $380 and me being on disability I just want my money back so I can buy him another one somewhere else but he really wanted that cause he had one for four years and it lasted that long this one didn’t even last one or two! I keep emailing them. I’m never getting a response back nothing

Just a heads-up to anyone considering buying from MCM House. I recently purchased a brand-new Old Elm Global Rectangular Dining Table dining table, and after one meal, it already showed permanent oily fingerprints that won’t wipe off. To me the timber looked completely untreated. When I raised it with the company, I was told the table “can dry out” and that I should apply clear furniture wax or sealant — but that doing so might void the warranty. In other words: you’re expected to maintain and re-seal your brand-new table before you can safely eat at it.No mention of this at purchase in-store. No care guide in the box. No warning that the surface was effectively raw timber. For a premium piece of furniture sold as ready to use, this feels completely unreasonable. A dining table should be fit for its purpose — not a restoration project from day one.

Made 2 orders on MCM.They put the wrong address for one order, DHL can't find my address, luckily I had to go after them and explained. They finally gave me the parcel. Otherwise DHL would return the parcel to MCM. Made a complain via Email, they ignored my Email. No apologize, nothing!!The other Order, I refused to take it because they couldn't cancel it. Parcel went back to the MCM. After 10 days, no updates, no refunds,.... Customer Service is a joke!Are you really a high-end luxury brands???If I can't get my refund or at least a update within this week, I will go after the boss of this company and spam him a tons of Complains about how bad was the service. Let's see if the Customer Service dares to ignore me AGAIN??????

I purchased a card wallet from MCM four months ago. The glue is already coming up, and I’m quite gentle with it. Since it is now a Korean owned company, quality and customer service has gone in the gutter. Will never buy from them again!!!

This is by far the worst HIGH END company i've EVER dealt with. I made a purchase and within 5 mins called to change my order. I was told they couldn't change it. Even though nothing was even process yet. Also, I couldn't cancel the order. I had to wait to recieve the order and return it and then wait 7-10 for a refund. If anyone is wanting to shop here..... BEWARE!!!!
