Sorted by: Most recentTerrible way to run a business. I bought some safety glasses that didn't fit right, so I shipped them back. Right away they charged me $3.99 for the original delivery. Then I had to fork out $16 to return them. When my refund came through, I noticed they'd already deducted another $3.99 for some mystery reason. There was zero explanation anywhere on their site or in my paperwork about hidden fees like this! This is really disappointing business conduct. People in my line of work talk to each other, and I'm definitely going to let folks know about my experience.
Really disappointed with how these held up. I had to return the speed knit cut resistant gloves three separate times, and finally just got my money back because they fell apart way too quickly. The shortest pair only lasted about seven days with normal work use, and others made it maybe a month tops. The gloves feel nice and fit well, but the protective coating starts cracking almost immediately and then comes right off. For a $15 pair of gloves, this quality is honestly pretty rough! They're really only suitable if you need something for light work here and there. Definitely not worth paying full price for what's basically a throwaway product.
