My husband purchased some gold and diamonds from Mejuri and the quality was the worst we've have ever purchased, their box and packaging looks nice, but unfortunately, the craftsmanship is of very low quality. We returned everything. We would not recommend shopping here for any Jewellery if you're looking for quality. Don't take your chance, go elsewhere. Your Jewellery is supposed to last a long time, you won't get that here.

I had a very poor in-store experience…
I had a very poor in-store experience at Mejuri due to an employee providing incorrect legal information. I was told that piercing the earlobes of anyone under 13 is unlawful in Florida and was refused service on that basis. This is factually incorrect.What made the situation especially upsetting was that this statement was made loudly in front of other customers while my teenage daughter was standing with me, creating an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation that implied we were attempting to do something illegal.I contacted Mejuri through multiple channels (Google review, Instagram, and the company website), yet received no response for over 24 hours. The lack of follow-up only compounded the negative experience.This reflects poor staff training and inadequate customer service escalation for a brand positioned as premium and customer-focused.

Stone COMPLETELY changed colour (twice!) and suddenly Mejuri won’t fix it after saying they would
My family saved up to buy me the yellow heirloom ring for my 30th. Unfortunately within a few months the stone turned dark brown. I asked some jewellers if they’d ever seen this happen before and was told they hadn’t. So I reached out to Mejuri thinking I just had a dud stone and was grateful that they replaced it and sent me a new ring as it was within its warranty. I was devastated to have the exact same issue occur again! Within two months the stone had turned dark brown. I reached out the Mejuri again and they told me to request a store credit given that this was a repeated issue but that I had to make a new claim. I did this and suddenly Mejuri won’t honour that and are saying that the two year warranty doesn’t cover the stone turning a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOUR!! I don’t understand how the warranty covered this exact issue initially but suddenly they won’t sort out the exact same issue happening again? Even the original ring purchase is still within its two year warranty. I’m actually shocked by this appalling customer service and too sad to tell my family what happened to the (initially) beautiful yellow ring they saved up to buy me for my 30th. A complete waste of £700. I would never buy from them again and feel heartbroken that this piece of jewellery, which I’d hoped to cherish forever, seems to have been false advertising. They must use incredibly cheap stones for this to happen so quickly. How they’re justifying charging over £700 for this terrible quality is mind blowing!!

Pearls earrings…
I purchased a pair of pearl earrings from Mejuri for a friend’s birthday and they were truly appreciated. They are beautiful, what convinced me to choose them was the uniqueness of the pearls, along with the affordable price. She was absolutely delighted, because not only diamonds are forever… pearls are too.
