RIP OFF
Wow! I wish I saw these reviews ahead of purchasing! I thought I was ordering from a reputable site, however not refunding VAT and the response blaming the Australian Government! Never had this when ordering from Australian brands before and appalling- now not responding to my messages! Avoid! I returned as the dresses were mediocre at best! Added- this is not clearly outlined in the returns policy as i provided with screenshots on my email and is not an experience any other Australian brand provides.

Business attempted to steal from me…
Business attempted to steal from me twice. I read similar experiences on reddit. Beware. Sizing is horrible off.I had to follow up several times to receive a credit from them for a return (they do not offer refunds). If I had not followed up TWICE, I would've never received a store credit.I firmly believe and read similar experiences of Meshki stealing from customers who are not on top of their returns.

Great Customer Service
I was trying to find out about a dress that was out of stock and the customer service team was really great! They initially responded within 10-20min and found out the status of the product pretty quickly after that. Although the dress wasn’t restocked, I had a great experience with the team!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Meshki.I ordered a dress for my bridal shower, and it never arrived. The tracking was marked as delivered, but I did not receive the parcel. I contacted Meshki immediately to inform them that the dress had not been delivered. I was simply told that it showed as delivered.I asked for photo proof of delivery to confirm exactly where the package was left, as I can confidently say it was not delivered to me. Despite this, I was told that I am not eligible for a refund.This was a dress for a very special occasion, and I have been left without the dress. I escalated the matter, but the response has been dismissive and unhelpful.This experience has been incredibly stressful and upsetting, especially given the importance of the event. I expected much better customer service and accountability.

Damaged dress - no refund
I ordered two dresses, and one of them arrived damaged. I contacted customer service twice regarding the issue. Instead of resolving it, I was asked to return the dress at my own expense so they could “consider” the return.I have requested a full refund for the defective item, but I have still not received it. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I love the clothes but if your from the uk just be prepared to pay £30 for your return if you don’t like the item as they literally deduct so much money off the balance that they owe you and honestly it puts you off taking it back. I wouldn’t recommend if your browsing and haven’t used Meshki before. I would make sure I’m happy with the purchase as it’s actually a waste of your money if you get something once and you don’t like it and have to return it.
