Just received 5star customer service from Jessica at Michael Kors outlet York rang Jessica checked stock sent an image to make sure it was the correct item and arranged delivery super quick super polite super efficient thank you Jessica

Wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered and paid for blouse - which still had not been delivered or any confirmation on delivery sent. I bought the article from Michael Kors.uk so presumed

Ordered item 09/01/26 and delivery was indicated today however no text or email confirming

Rip off

RIP off, I bought a bag for 150 pounds a few days ago ago and have seen the same bag today on the website for 135. This is unacceptable and unfair. I am not happy.

I wish i can give 0 rating i choose expressed delivery and paid extra for it but order is in belgium still it should be delivered hours ago now they said that is not in our policy, edit - I received an email and laughing that their team even dont know what they are writing Dear Marjina, Thank you for contacting Michael Kors Customer Service. RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY!!!

I'm writing this review while fighting for a refund on my order. I paid $30 extra to get delivered the next day, and 3 days later still didn't get anything.Customer support will keep giving you the same robotic replies over an over with no resolution.If you want extra stress, you're welcome to make your oder.

Rude and unhelpful cs representatives

I ordered a necklace for my daughter's 16th birthday and it was never delivered. I called customer service 4 times, I asked the first rep (Alex) to speak to supervisor I was told that there wasn't one working. Alex became rude when asked for his last name he told me that he didn't have one. The 2nd rep was a young lady I didn't get her name but when asked for a supervisor I was transferred but no one ever answered the call. The 3rd time I called and spoke to another young man and he was even more rude then the first guy even started laughing when I explained that the necklace was a birthday gift and I need it in 2 days, so I ended the call. The 4th guy Edwin was nicer I explained the situation and he tried to help he advised me of my options (send another one or refund) I asked if the necklace could be overnight being that I need it within 2 days. He said yes but when he tried to reorder it the previous RUDE rep had submitted a refund without authorization. I have "NEVER" in my life been treated so horribly with disrespect and rudeness. And I will "NEVER" order anything else from Michael Kors.

Very difficult to return online items

Very difficult to return items bought a few fees ago. Online return portal failed and so far after several attempts to get help, have not received any. Incredibly poor for a high street brand.
