I rarely write reviews like this, but this experience truly pushed me to do so.I have been trying to cancel a Microsoft subscription that is still being charged to my account, but I no longer have access to the email address linked to it. This should be a solvable situation.Instead, I am stuck in an endless loop:– I cannot access my account – I cannot contact support without logging in – Phone support redirects me to a website that requires login – The automated system disconnects the call without offering real help There is no accessible human support for a basic billing issue, and that is simply unacceptable.Customers should not be forced to fight through broken systems just to stop a payment.This is not a technical issue, this is a structural failure in customer service.At this point, I have no choice but to block payments through my bank.I sincerely hope Microsoft reconsiders how they handle support, because this experience is extremely frustrating and damaging to customer trust.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, NEVER ONCE DID IT LET ME TALK TO SOMEONE AND IT NEVER EVEN TRIED TO HELP MY PROBLEM. IT MISS UNDERSTOOD ME THEN WHEN I TRIED TO CALL BACK IT JUST KEPT GOING WITH THE MISS UNDERSTANDING AND THEN HUNG UP!!!

Half measures at best. This software has been garbage since day 1. More useless bells and whistles for every update yet they still can't fix ms word opening up unwarranted old word docs every time I open the software to start a new doc. They offer me an update to WIN11 but their download constntly failing on me. their ownk troubleshooting forums offer outdated, inaccurate and failed solutions.

Avoid signing up for a “free” trial of Microsoft 365. I am currently unable to cancel it, and there is no clear or effective way to contact Microsoft for proper support.Despite this being a trial, I have already been charged on my credit card and I am still trying to get it resolved. What should be a simple cancellation has turned into hours of frustration and stress.I only signed up to support a charity, as I normally use Apple products, and I deeply regret it.Please be warned — this has been an extremely difficult and upsetting experience, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before signing up.

I thought my system had been hacked: >90% use of CPU, MEM and DISK immediately after start-up. The system was unusable. Turned out to be Windows-11 installing lots of stuff I did not ask for, don't need or want and can't remove.MicroSoft say 4GB RAM for windows-11. I have just upgraded to 8GB (max on my system)with marginal improvement. MS need to help users remove unwanted features.Ecologically MS are a disaster. Staying with MS means buying a more powerful system every few years and scrapping perfectly good hardware.
