Ordered a jacket but it was too small but could not get a refund because it was a promotional item no refund's apparently !!!!! it is in the small print somewhere ???? But who reads that ????? So now have a jacket that is no good and am out of pocket money I cannot afford to lose just after the expense of Xmas At no time was I offered an exchange

I ordered a coat which costed 138€, it took approximately 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered instead of the announced 10 days. When the item arrived I thought it didn’t look bad but there was something wrong with the sleeve, you couldn’t easily slip the arm into it. I asked for a refund, which I finally got, after being offered the possibility to keep the item and get a compensation of 30 €, I choose to send it back, but it seemed complicated to me and I had to pay +/- 25 € for it.I understand they are trying to make the best out of it but for me it is not enough.I accepted to order this coat for my 13 years old daughter, who was a great fan of its original look, even though I warned her there would be a problem with it, now we have both learned something: don’t buy directly from China unless you are absolutely sure about the seriousness of the store.I absolutely don’t recommend to buy from Milanoo, you can never be sure of what you will get, and besides it’s better to purchase second hand or from local stores.

I ordered a skirt on the 29th November 2025, the site estimated 7-10 days for shipping and it has still not arrived, the only contact I could find was an international phone number on the app which I kept being redirected to. I have only now just found an email address on this website for them, they don't make it easy for you via the app, that's for sure.

I absolutely adore the Lolita blouse! The cut is beautiful and the lace detailing is lovely. I was also impressed with the packaging; it kept the delicate trim completely safe during transit.

Omg! I was speechless and everyone around me was too. Considering the fact that dress was ordered online and my friend took my measurements (we took little bit longer and one size bigger) because I was thinking is better to be little bit bigger than smaller. However I just brought my dress to the tailor and she did amazing job just with length.Overall… amazing Speechless!

I would give this a 0 if I could. Scammer, if you want to do an exchange or return, they claim they will only give you an 85% refund, but that's if it's true. Read their message to me below. They will give you an international address for the return, but that's BS. That will cost $78 more than the products. This is their message from customer service: Hello,According to our return policy, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. I ordered boots their way to small and in order to get a refund I have to pay for shipping AGAIN which I feel is very unfair I’ll never buy from this company again I wish I’d read reviews first, red flags evident. I get 85% of my money back when I paid 100%!!! Then they hold the address hostage until you agree to pay the shipping again!!
