Ordered my save the dates on Monday and…

Ordered my save the dates on Monday and received them by Thursday! The quality is incredible and love that they fill out the envelopes for you!! Very happy and definitely would recommend using them!

Good customer service when I needed help

I order framed prints of family photos. The prints came out well, but the frames were noticeably lower quality the similar framed prints I ordered in 2021 (seems to the trend these days). I sent photos of the new frames and old frames to Minted and they offered to refund me after reviewing the photos. I expected an uphill battle, and was pleasantly surprised. They seemed to care about long-term customer retention, as I will order from them again thanks to this service. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the frames do seem to be lower quality overall, so I would purchase prints and cards again from Minted, but not frames.

The company has NO QUALITY ASSURANCE…

The company has NO QUALITY ASSURANCE system and uses an old method of printing. Approximately 30% of our wedding invitations were poorly printed. Thankfully I ordered extras, but I should have checked every single invitation when I received them. The company offers no reimbursement for the error, but they did replace the 30% of printed material that had errors. I just wish they had quality assurance considering how expensive the invitations were for me to afford.

After making a bad review They contacted me immediately and after they explained the difference to me (a complete Newby to coin collecting) between uncirculated and proof coins I am very happy to admit my mistake in giving the bad review And apologise I am glad to keep the coins

Minted customer service is the best

Minted customer service is the best. I accidentally typed an error and located it after production and reached out to the Minted team by email. Minted completely refunded my purchase - even though it was my error, and refunded to me the $25 cancellation fee too. They are the best. Thank you

Minted Design Challenge team helped…

Minted Design Challenge team helped with setting up my account, helped me to cut down on my submitted greeting cards as well as my birthday cards and even helped me on filling out the Minted Design Challenge form which was no easy task for me. They helped me by answering all my questions which means a lot to me. :)

Always a positive experience

I have worked with Minted for many years and have been wonderfully pleased with the products - Christmas cards, wedding invitations, party invitations and stationery. Whenever I had issues, customer service quickly rectified the situation. I can't say enough positive things about Minted and will work with them exclusively in the future.

Low quality & expensive

I reallly wished I had looked at these reviews before ordering my wedding invitations from minted. They were SO OVERPRICED. And I paid extra ($35) for expedited shipping. The invitations arrived with a few of them having white spots on the photo. It looked awful! A week later, they’re sending me 5 replacement invitations. I paid extra for the shipping because I’m out of town now, so 5 of my guests will be getting invites super late…. Never using minted again. They should have offered a partial refund or at least cover the expedited shipping cost.

Minted is engaging I deceptive pricing…

Minted is engaging I deceptive pricing practices by failing to disclose international duty fees at the point of sale. I purchased stamps with the purchase of my Christmas cards and was hit with a surprise Fedex bill 3 months later because the stamps were through marketplace. I was not aware I was ordering a marketplace item. The stamps came up as an add on with my Christmas card purchase. When I called to Minted they said they would not help because it was through marketplace and it was in the fine print. Very diceptive.
