I had to request a charge reversal to hopefully get my money back.

Absolutely terrible experience with their support team. Started off badly when we got a proof that had errors. My wife and I wasted hours trying to get help online to correct it. Even though we never got it fully fixed, we went ahead with the order anyway. The actual cards turned out decent quality-wise, but when they arrived, the matching envelopes weren't included. That meant more hours on the phone attempting to reach someone, only to hear that they couldn't guarantee expedited shipping because apparently that's handled by another department. I'm confused about what customer service is actually supposed to do if they can't solve basic issues. For a $300 order, this whole thing has been an enormous headache. Not coming back here.

Found exactly what I was looking for and plan to order from them every year going forward. We used Minted for our daughter's graduation announcements back nine years ago, and it was great to pull up that old account. I'm not super tech savvy, but their site was intuitive enough that I had no trouble navigating. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Really happy with this company!

I originally got a large art print (30x40). Once I put it up in my space, the size seemed off. Space-wise it fit okay, but the proportions didn't match what I needed for the area.
