Renewed my faith in customer service
I am absolutely stunned. I’ve made many photo books over the years with different companies, and it’s usually as desirable as dental surgery—frustrating and time-consuming. Mixbook changed everything! The software is intuitive and seamless, but the real magic was the team. Iris and the printing team went above and beyond to get my order to me in just three days, right in time for our team wind-up. The human touch and expertise here are irreplaceable. Stunning product, even better service. Customer for life!

The quality is just not there anymore...
I've used Mixbook many times over the years mostly for greeting cards and photo books. Mixbook service and quality was always good. Until recently. Something has changed at Mixbook. My last order was in November 2025 for photo books to be given as Christmas gifts. With the exception of some edits, the book was basically a reprint. All the copies I received had printing issues. (Pages stuck together, pages printed on an angle, ink spots etc.)They did make good. Three times. The third make good was better than the first two but quality was not to Mixbook's standards that I expected. That's too bad. I liked Mixbook. Their prices have increased by perhaps 50% in recent years making them expensive but I don't mind paying for quality and the quality is just not there anymore.

Beware: Mixed-upBook fails to deliver multiple versions.
I used Mixed-upBook for a vacation album that I intended to personalize for each recipient. However, the autosave function apparently does not save continuously, and I received 9 versions of the same book, not individualized ones. Mixed-upBook tried to correct the mistake--first by offering me the same discount that anyone can access on the web, then by requiring me to re-do each one, and with each reprinting, contact them via chatbot to request printing, and wait 24 hours between requests. It took literally hours of my time, and with one of the books they still got it wrong the second time around. I finally gave up, and went back to Shutterfly, which gave me a product of the same quality, for less money, without screwing it up.

Metal prints - proceed with caution
Very happy with my photo book and the fast shipping but the metal print that was suggested to me at checkout as an add-on was a huge disappointment. Image is not crisp and I do not recommend this specific product based on my experience.

Price gouging galore
Price gouging galore. My sister created a book of photographs of our deceased father, but Mixbook wouldn't honour their own coupon code and insisted on trying to charge $400 per copy. Avoid these heartless thieves.

First time I used this company i was…
First time I used this company i was impressed but used them this time and a huge order to create a photo album. I marked matte finish. Received a album with pictures on mounted on cardboard pages. Horrible pages really cheap!!!
