Never actually received my photo book. They use Canada Post for shipping, but Canada Post won't deliver to P.O. boxes, so if you live somewhere remote or rural, you're basically out of luck. Getting a refund turned into a nightmare with endless explanations and runarounds.

It's been a full month and still waiting for my package. I've contacted customer support many times to verify the address, but nothing has arrived. It seems like their support might just be automated. I used to really like this company, but it looks like something has gone wrong with their operations.

First the good news - I really like that their new binding doesn't block the photo edges at the center spread anymore. Really nice improvement. But I had some issues too - my first attempt using their PREMIUM LUSTRE option didn't work out. The images looked dull, faded, and blurry. Colors were really muted and flat. My previous book on standard paper had way more punchy, vivid colors. They offered to reprint with their auto-enhancement feature, but it didn't help. Some pictures actually looked worse! Plus that replacement book came in pretty banged up. And to top it off, after just a couple days the pages started warping and now the book doesn't lay closed properly. My older book didn't have this issue.
