Really easy and straightforward
Really easy and straightforward. Don't think I've ever experienced something so simple and straightforward before. The deals on offer are hard to beat and can't be found on other sites either. Would highly recommend

Easy signup, good deal on phone. Very happy!
The signup process was straightforward, easy to bring a number across, delivery was very prompt. Got a very good deal on my phone and contract. My only complaint is the packaging the phone arrived in could be more robust. The phone box was badly dented. Fortunately the phone was undamaged but it could've been damaged quite easily in transit. More robust packaging in the future would be great.

Looking for SIM deal.
After looking for a suitable SIM deal, this is the company I selected. Easy process from start to finish. Swiss (Customer Sales Consultant) spoke professionally and in-depth about everything. Definitely would recommend.

Very good service…
After overcoming my initial suspicions about a speculative telephone call from Max it became clear that he was very helpful in explaining options for an upgrade and took time to go through details and sort out a new deal for me. The upgraded mobile arrived next day as promised and I have been kept updated on progress all the way through the process. Very good service.

Extremely poor service it’s been 3…
Extremely poor service it’s been 3 weeks and I have still not received my parcel phone. I have made 25 calls in 3 weeks and I have been fobbed off with dates for delivery which have not materialised. Poor customer Service and also Dpd delivery. Asked for manager call and no response
