Lied to again

I usually shop with Iceland online, due to the fact that they delivered in bags. Both my husband and are in in our mid 70s and we are both disabled. When Iceland stopped supplying goods in bags, I stopped shopping with them. I then phoned Morrisons head office AND customer services, TWICE explaining that I would only order Morrisons online if my groceries came in carrier bags. I was reassured that it would come in carriers and a lady even checked to make sure that they would. I even left instructions on Morrisons deliver. But I had the delivery about 15 minutes ago, and to say I am fuming, and exhausted is an understatement. And the trays the groceries came in were filthy My husband and I are exhausted. This plastic bag scam is just that. Most of what was delivered is IN plastic containers, so stop the "caring for the environment", because it's a lot of BS. If I shopped in store, I could have as many plastic bags as I want for 10p each. Morrisons, you've lost another customer. I won't fall for the same lies again.

You need to pack in home deliveries in Cardiff unlike the competition you are just not up to the job 7 or 8 recent deliveries Every piece of meat and fish had 2 day use by dates so ended up freezing or throwing away food Wife put food away last delivery only to find we had half of someone else’s delivery And decided to give you another chance today and delivery didn’t come and no text saying it was late Wife was late going back to work Morrisons you really need to up your game or give up on deliveries In Cardiff Worse than useless

Poor customer

I went to the Morrisons store in Erith on Easter Monday. I approached a staff member named Emma, who was filling shelves in the bread aisle. I said, “Hello, can you help me?” Her immediate response was “What, what?” in a raised voice, and she completely ignored my presence.Her attitude was very rude and demeaning, so I felt I had no choice but to walk away. I felt really intimidated. Overall, the customer service was poor.

Very disappointed in morrisons "now"…

Very disappointed in morrisons "now" service. Im yet to receive an order that is what ive ordered in full. Even worse, today with my order being half an hour overdue with not even a message of being picked, I called customer services who couldn't help. Shocking service and not the first time ive had to chase an order to be cancelled. Point of reference, my partner was here on friday and we ordered a tesco whoosh, within 20 minutes delivered in full.

What is going on with Glasgow G41…

What is going on with Glasgow G41 deliveries? It is impossible to buy alcohol these days. Either what we ordered isn’t available, or, as has now happened several times, bottles arrive with their security tags still on, and the driver has to return them. Are all the pickers in a Temperance Society or what, lol?

I have been customer of Morrisons for many years but ordered three cottage pie for eight pound fifty but charge me over ten pounds I did ring him but customer care wasn't interested that the way Morrisons treat pensioners customers need to be careful when Morrisons do offers then charge you full price

Misleading sales

Me and my wife went to Morrisons Waterloo Huddersfield. There was a three for two deal on children’s vitamins. At the tills we couldn’t understand why the deal had not gone through. We spoke to customer services who went to see if we had made a mistake. They came back with the deal didn’t exist. I went back to the isle, I was shocked by the fact it was all labeled up as three for two. I took photos of all the signage and showed the customer services. They called for a manager who looked at the photos and said that customer services was right the deal doesn’t exist. I also showed him photos from there web site which were still in date and confirmed there was a three for two on the items. He tried to say they might be online sales only. I have read all the listing and no where does it say online sales. I explained that how this was presented/ promoted is misleading, false advertising. how can this be accepted when all the signage and online show this deal as being active. The manager just said he will look into it. He wasn’t interested even though I have photos to prove otherwise

Pathetic Useless Supermarket

Pathetic Useless SupermarketHad given up on them because they were so bad. Then they had an very good Easter offer on lamb which enticed me to go in. Guess what no lamb in store, pathetic. Had some chocolates that were supposed to have a discount which was not applied at the till, then spent the next 10-15mins trying to sort that out. Pathetic. Then wanted to pay using points I'd accumulated. Had to keep trying to convert the points into a voucher but the app refused to do it no matter how many times I tried. In the end I was so sick of it I just walked out of the store leaving the goods. Pathetic.Countless times I've had issues with incorrect pricing and non applied offers. Numerous times I've had issues with points not being applied. Now I should have £10.00 worth of vouchers which I can't spend because of there pathetic useless systems.
