Return lost in post
Had to return an item as it was too small & package was lost by the carrier & didn’t arrive with motel rocks. Spoke to Ashleigh and got a refund within a couple of days - great service!

Customer Service- Kelise
I had a fantastic experience with Kelise. I returned two items, however, one of them was marked as not returned even though this was not the case. Meaning I wasn't going to be refunded for both the items. Some companies might have put very little effort into investigating the matter but Kelise dealt with my issue promptly in a very friendly manner until the matter was completely resolved. A very valuable employee who deserves to be recognised
