My jackets arrived this morning from mountain warehouse only to discover that they were very wet inside the 2 nd plastic cover so I am drying them out presently, very disappointed as one was a present. I’ve had no problems in the past but this experience will make me think again

Brought the Blue ski jacket and pant set.Good price and warm but that is probably the the good bits . Evri started off by losing my order no trace of it. (No fault of Mountain Warehouse). Reordered no problem with first order refund. Bad bits. Being a ski jacket no ski pass pocket on the left arm was a pain. The Ski pant pockets are not waterproof nor the jacket pockets. After a morning skiing you can feel the inside of the ski pants are damp by the end of the day have to be turned inside out to dry. The jacket is similar in feeling wet on the arms and shoulders. Could be due to not being breathable but the pants did seem to soak up the wet. Also the zip on the jacket kept getting stuck about 8 inches from the top of the zip. Which was very annoying. Seemed to be catching the lip on the inside of the zip. Maybe just my jacket being a defective.Also the pant has 2 poppers at tte waist band they kept coming undone as if they did not lock in place. And the braces kept coming loose during skiing. A shame because usually get good quality...

bought this jacket because the company advertises it as waterproof. Unfortunately, from the very first rain, all the water went straight through. It does not protect from rain at all, not even for a short time. The price is quite high, so for this quality, it is definitely not worth the money.

I ordered online and returned most of my items in store on December 30, 2025. I did receive some communication after the return; however, the refund was not processed within the timeframe that was provided. After waiting beyond the expected period and experiencing long hold times by phone and disconnected live chat sessions, I sent a formal follow-up email requesting an update. Although the refund was eventually credited back to my account (after more than one month), I did not receive a response to my follow-up communication. The complete lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. While the quality of their products is good, my return process was deeply disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service, but sadly, this will likely be my last experience with them.Update: Mountain Warehouse posted a public response on Trustpilot after the refund had already been processed. However, my prior direct emails were not acknowledged. The issue was resolved financially, but communication remained lacking.

I had a great experience in the Mountain Warehouse in Fforestfach. Nicole and her colleague were so helpful and kind to me when I was deciding on the right pair of hiking shoes to buy. I left feeling validated and very happy with my purchase and I would not hesitate to recommend the amazing service and staff there. Thank you!

When you shop online and want to return the product they don't refund to your card like most places- they make you go through a web process where the "web team" process the refund which means waiting 5 business days! Not helpful if you need to purchase something to replace it!! Only reason I'm giving an extra star is because the lady behind the counter was nice a she also agreed it didn't make any sense.

I paid extra for next-day delivery on a travel bag because I’m flying to the Philippines on the 10th. The order was placed on the 4th, with delivery promised for the 5th. On the day, I received a delivery window of 1:30–3:30pm. The parcel never arrived.The following day, I then received an email saying the delivery would instead arrive on the 13th — which is not just late, but completely useless. That’s eight days after the promised next-day delivery and after my departure date.While Mountain Warehouse may claim they “don’t control the courier,” they absolutely do control who they choose to do business with. They knowingly use Evri, a courier with a long-standing and well-deserved reputation for missed deliveries and poor service. Choosing to affiliate with them reflects directly on Mountain Warehouse’s standards and priorities.Charging customers extra for next-day delivery and then quietly pushing the delivery date back by over a week is unacceptable. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in the brand, and I won’t be shopping with Mountain Warehouse again. I’d strongly advise others to think twice if they actually need an order to arrive on time.
