Amazing Results!

I read the reviews and saw the results photos so I did have some reasonably high, but guarded hopes. Boy, was the small amount of skepticism unfounded! This product delivered all that was advertised and then some! I highly recommend it!

I reached out to customer service…

I reached out to customer service regarding some of the products that I purchased. I was not happy with the side effects my skin was having. Even though I was not able to get a refund, which I totally understand. I was issued credit to use on different products that I may like to try. I found this compromise to be extremely fair and generous, and I appreciate all the time that was spent on this matter.

Your website is hard to navigate

Your website is hard to navigate. That was a huge problem for me being a senior citizen with low tech understanding. I finally got into contact by texts with a human. That helped I just don’t like the dehumanization of large companies with good products. So far I like your products but the system you set up to get service is very hard to maneuver

Defective bottle

Concept is good. Execution is not. Received a defective prescription bottle. Cost $92, but unusable. They wanted me to send a video and I did. Easier to go to a local doctor and pharmacy than deal with the hassle of returns. They sent a refund but it was a complete waste of time and effort.
