I wish I could rate this lower than one star. I took a risk ordering a dress here despite the outrageous shipping charges. When it showed up, the sizing was completely off with a really loose bottom and snug top. I contacted customer service about returning or exchanging it. They said they could do that, but only if I paid for return shipping plus an extra $18 restocking charge. Basically they wanted me to pay them to send the dress back. The whole experience was frustrating and represents the worst customer service and policies I've ever dealt with. I'm done with them and can't recommend them to anyone.

I really do like what they make. I own two king size muslin bed covers and they're incredibly comfortable and soft with excellent quality. I haven't experienced the lint issue some folks mention. Yeah, there's lint in the dryer after washing, but that's typical with new items at first. The real problem here is their customer service is pretty weak. I ordered a dress I loved so much I bought another when I found a discount code. The website wouldn't take my coupon. There's no phone number listed to call them. I emailed with my issue and got a quick response where she told me to order the dress and she'd refund the discount amount later. I did what she said, then she refused to give me the refund. Once I sent her screenshots and proof of the promotion, she finally refunded me and apologized. I thought maybe that was just a one time mistake. I ended up loving that dress too, so when another sale popped up, I ordered another dress and a throw. The delivery took forever and when the package arrived, the dress wasn't inside it. Just the throw made it.

Be careful with this company. Their online reviews appear to be fabricated and most items aren't returnable. Their signature Muslin Cotton 365 Blanket is a real problem. It sheds constantly and creates a fire hazard in the dryer. You'll get tons of lint everywhere while it's even on your bed, and no amount of effort stops it. The blanket is literally falling apart from shedding so much. Besides this critical flaw, the blankets themselves feel nice. But anyone who actually uses this blanket will discover the issue immediately and wouldn't recommend it. That's why I'm convinced their reviews aren't legitimate. I couldn't figure out how to leave a review on their website itself. I'm grateful for this platform to help warn customers. The reason Muslin Comfort always runs discounts is to sidestep their return policy by making items final sale. They claim it's in the fine print, though I don't remember seeing it listed that way. This wasn't one of their labeled imperfect blankets either. Skip this company entirely.
