I would've given a -0 star if I could
I would've given a -0 star if I couldI would've given a -0 star if I could. They advertise an Adidas tracksuit online. I ordered it and received something someone made in their basement. I tried to send it back and get a refund but they forced me to keep the ugly sweatshirt and only refund me $19.50 when I paid $65 telling me they wouldn't make any money from my order if they gave me a full refund for the outfit. Be sure that you are willing to ware something you paid for but for something totally different. Im so pissed because im not going to wear this silly looking outfit. And they refuse to send me a return label so I can send this UGLY thing back to get a full refund. I will NEVER order anything else from them!!!!

Totally a scam company
Totally a scam company, product wasnt anything like what it said, took a month to get it and customer service was horrible . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !

Bait and switch
I ordered a backpack and they switched the one i ordered like I wouldn't notice. I emailed them within one minute to cancel and they shipped it anyway. So I will just dispute it on my cc and newchic can eat 💩💩💩.

Please avoid this company if you want a genuine sincere company.I placed an order within 2 minutes I noticed I'd ordered an unscented candle, I messaged the company straight away and they ignored my request to change it. This is unprofessional and not acceptable, they made excuses and said I could order another scented candle to be paid for. NOT THE QAY TO GAIN LOYAL CUSTOMERS TO RETURN OR RECOMMEND.

The item they advertised is not what you receive. They advertised a beautiful wizard coat/robe and I got a printed version of it with poor quality and it is very thin.

cheap crap
cheap crap - nothing more. Nice pictures of their products tell nothing about what you buy. You get just poor quality products worth max 2 USD. To Newchic - please not tell it is monitor settings, light or something else like this. And product is not made of cotton, so you lied in the product description
