I am reviewing the exclusive Boston Red Sox floral visor 9TWENTY cap, adjustable. Its a beautiful cap I love the sewed floral detailing on the visor but would have loved the flowers to have matched with the purple gradient "B" as well. This would have provided that element to stand out more on the hat. I don't like the choice of the material. It is too thin/light for my taste and I did notice some areas of the hat that are thinner than other areas. The only reason why this hat might last me a while is because I don't wear hats often (only when big games come around or when game season starts) and because I rotate between the few that I own. The navigation within the website is easy to comprehend. The search bar is defiantly the most helpful when searching exactly what I want and what actually exists in inventory. I would like to see more Boston Red Sox adjustable options that are not snapbacks or sizes between S-L. Most of the designs that I truly loved are all either snapbacks or size S-L. I would say that overall my experience with this website and the hat wasn't terrible but it wasn't excellent either. I think for something that is labeled exclusive and with a $40 price tag, the overall material could have been better.

Ordered four hats, they took my money, marked the order fulfilled 15 days later. Received only one hat with a completely different tracking number 20 days later. The order is marked fulfilled on there site, and fedex says new era has created a label for the order but have not given them the package... it has now been 25 days and I cannot get any verification whatsoever if my hats have been sent or not. Awful service,I will never buy from this site again, they also refused to offer any form of compensation for my delays, and or their mistakes and overall dishonesty. I find this absurd and being a business owner would never allow a customer to feel this way.

Ordered multiple caps from NEW ERA. When the order came the price tag on the caps were significantly lower than what they had charged. Their reason is that is just the way they do business. They charged twice as much of the sticker price. They suggested that I return the products but after reading the reviews here I’d rather keep them than dealing with another nightmare. I asked if roles were reversed if they would be alright with that situation… NO ANSWER. BEWARE of this company they will steal your money and wouldn’t do anything right by the customers even when it is clear that they are wrong.

I wished I would have read reviews before purchasing from this company. I bought a hat for husband for Christmas but I bought the wrong size and so I wanted to exchange it for the correct size (same exact hat) and they only give refunds...FOR A SHITTY REASON! The discount you get on your first order is gone and when they refund only it forces you to purchase another hat without the discount! Also, they take forever to process orders! It's been 8 days already since I placed my (FULL PRICE) replacement order and no word on shipping! If I wasn't trying to make my husband's gift right I would NEVER buy from this company again. Additionally, they don't care how many unhappy customers they have! Unreal.

If I could zero stars like they deserve, I would. Fedex delivered it to the wrong apartment. Clearly the wrong apartment, I provided photos of my apartment which doesn’t have a corner wall in it. Distinct photo proof it was delivered to the wrong address and they told me to go F myself. Do not order from them.

I had purchased two hats for my husband as a Christmas gift back at the end of October. The hats are too big. When I emailed (because they don't give a phone number) to ask about the return, they said that it was outside of the return window. We just wanted hats that fit, not our money back. We won't be buying from this company again. Their customer support is terrible.

I ordered a LA Dodgers truckers hat for my Son glfor Christmas. Paid full price for it , got the hat in there is a pricing sticker on the hat $6 cheaper than I paid. I contact them & was told. What i paid was the price, period. Contacted them 3 times on it. So I decided to return it. Sent it back, they had the hat in there possession for 3+ weeks, it took 4 emails to get my refund. They have no integrity. Would never deal with them again..

Wish I had read reviews earlier. I made a large order for the holidays. It took forever to ship, and they only give you 30 days from the purchase date, not arrival day. This gave me less than 20 days to return the item.The site says some items are eligible for exchange and to contact their support. I only needed to exchange one item for a different size so I contacted support. Support informed me that they do not offer exchanges, and will not price match on previously bought merchandise. This back and forth caused more delays and less time for my return. They offer zero exceptions, routing you to an automated support queue.I would only buy if you’re 100% certain and can’t find it on a different sight with a more standard return policy.

If I could give a zero i would i just order two hats a raider and dodger one... their bullshit app defaulted a old address versus current one.... when order placed I spent next 2 minutes email customer care they return message with a try to change...1 minute late I receive order shipped.... now im down 2 new hats and 35$ ... they have the nerve to say they got proof of delivery.... not to me.... wtf does a houston home want with raiders and Dodgers merch....

You can’t make this stuff up. I ordered a Dodgers cap as a Christmas gift and was sent a Kansas City hat. I sent them pictures of the KC hat that had the Dodgers price sticker on it. They sent me a return label and then proceeded to charge me an $8 shipping to return it CRAZY!!!
