Mariano is a little star
Had a missing part in a dash cam purchase, but hadn’t noticed as was a gift, not opened until now. Contacted Nextbase and literally within days a new mount is on its way. Absolutely fantastic

Top marks!
Disappointingly slow delivery, but customer services were very helpful. Sadly I needed to return the dash cam (not a fault of the goods) and it was at that point that NextBase really stepped up. No questions, no quibbles, a paid label and a swift refund. Top marks NextBase. Truly great!

Rear camera not working - voltage change required

made in China
Cameras made in China, for 2 pounds and sold at top prices. Tech support is provided by screen readers who have never heard of a tech school in their life. If you are lucky enough to get it working, be happy, otherwise you can throw it away, because you will not solve anything with these unqualified people. P.S. to nextbase. I do NOT want to read your fake apologies.

Missing item in delivery
My order was initially delayed due to a warehouse issue....when it did arrive 2 days later the contents were incorrect. I ordered the 622GW with front and rear dashcam, but only received the front and the rear camera was missing. I did however have 2 x hardwire kits, so looks like one of the hardwire kits has been put in by mistake and thinking it was the rear dashcam camera. Waited all day for a reply to my online request and heard nothing, so finally called and have to send more pictures and told my case would be escalated and only management can now authorise the rear camera to be sent out....now waiting for another response to see if I can get the rear camera in time for my pre booked professional fitting date next week. Not impressed so far with Nextbase....lets see how it ends!

Utter junkStopped working after day 3. I have reset and formatted the SD card multiple times as instructed on the website. Contacted Nextbase for further “technical support”Save your money and buy a garmin that actually works

622GW review
I have used nextbase dash cams for many years now and this was my next upgrade. The kit came with a 256mg nextbase sd card, but this is too large to format in the camera, which is causing me problems and assume is not recording.
