God please help me…It's been over a month since I returned my Nike order. They are saying that one of the four items was returned to them from Nike warehouse as a non-Nike product and they can't give me a refund. They haven't provided me with any CCTV footage to confirm that it's not a Nike product, they haven't refunded me, they haven't provided any updates and I can't reach them by email. Does anyone know how I can get my money back from sloth Nike? I really want a refund.🙏🏾

Wow I am shocked, I expected Nike to have a score between 4.5 and 5. But that said based on my experiences I can understand it, the quality is very poor now, I have had Nike for over twenty years but I won’t be buying any more. I have different models and have different levels of experience with them but the Defy All Day Men's Training Shoe are at best very poor, l bought these for short walks of 2-3 miles and wore the inner heal lining out in a matter of weeks, I contacted Nike but they weren’t really interested. I took them back to the shop who accused me of forcing my foot into the trainers and told me I should have undone them before removing and fitting, I assured them I always do and they did replaced them. The new pair did exactly the same in a matter of weeks, so I believe this demonstrates the quality is very poor, I needed a pair of trainers to walk in when on holiday and bought a cheap unbranded pair and can’t believe they are actually far superior quality . I think the Brand is so powerful it can produce anything and get away with it. Your choice but I won’t be buying Nike again.

Absolute worst support.I tried to exchange a pair of women’s running shoes for men’s running shoes.They couldn’t process the exchange online (only return) and told me I had to go to an official Nike store.At the store, they couldn’t accept the return after 30 days, even though their website clearly states a 60-day return policy.Now I have to ship the shoes back just to get the correct pair, since the store wouldn’t accept the return. (And I wasted 2 hours of driving).I’d love to never buy a Nike product again, but unfortunately there aren’t many good alternatives.

I had to pay 1 euro just to print a return label, and there’s no QR code option. On top of that, I received a defective item.The first representative left the call without helping me — a complete lack of respect for customers. I no longer trust Nike and will never shop with them again.

I recieved my trainers, a day ahead of schedule .Theyre perfect. Also they use dpd which are much more reliable than other delivery companies. Would definately buy from them again

Dear Nike Customer Support,I am contacting you regarding a pair of Nike shoes (Jordan 12) purchased from Foot Locker approximately two months ago.Despite very limited use (only three wears), a metal eyelet has come off the shoe, making it difficult and unsafe to lace properly. This appears to be a manufacturing defect, not wear and tear. Photos and proof of purchase are available upon request.I approached the retailer, but they declined to assist and redirected me to Nike.I would appreciate your support in reviewing this case and advising on a replacement or refund, as this issue does not reflect the quality standards I expect from Nike.Thank you for your assistance.

Don’t buy online. Sneakers don’t fit correctly and you need to try on sneakers before buying. No bargain and if you want to get new pair you need to pay another $9.99 for shipping and who knows if the next size fits. Will never buy online again.

Absolutely ridiculous.I ordered multiple items from Nike, and while the package was marked as delivered, one of the items I paid for was missing.Nike’s response was:“After a thorough review, we have confirmed that your request for refund cannot be processed, as this order was confirmed delivered with the item in it.”This is misleading and unacceptable. Nike cannot know that the missing item was actually in the package—they are assuming fulfillment based solely on shipping records. The reality is that my order was incomplete, and I did not receive the product I paid for.As a customer, I am entitled to receive all items I purchased. Nike’s refusal to investigate or resolve this issue shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service.I am formally disputing this decision and demand that Nike resolve this issue immediately. Extremely disappointed—I will think twice before ordering from Nike again.
