Item missing then replacement was the wrong item (bundle package) after 3 calls im still waiting for my correct order to be dispatched..... not very happy at this point in time a lot of money has been spent with ninja/shark (both I've ordered from)this is unexpected from strong company

Cannot order spares and accessories
I have a ninja swirl machine. It works well. BUT, the tubs are small and I need to order more. I also want to order a spare "blade" for the creamer...But, every time I try to order the spares, they cancel my order, without explanation. I live in Ireland but I ordered the goods to be shipped to a UK address and they still cancelled it.
