This is NOT about a product but the customer service team only. I ordered two fairly expensive products from Ninja. I love their products. However, they use OnTrac to ship. OnTrac will NOT deliver to my house and insists on leaving my packages unsecured, in the open at the community mailboxes at the front of my subdivision. Well, packages not secured tend to grow legs and walk away. Ninja customer service refuses to help! I was told once they ship it's not their problem. Ummm, they chose to use this cut rate shipping company....not me. I would gladly pay a few bucks more to be able to have UPS or FedEx deliver. I will continue to buy Ninja products.....just not from them. Horrible horrible horrible customer service!

Very poor customer service. Each time I contacted them, a different person replied, and I constantly had to repeat the same information. I reached out because a part was missing, which meant I could not use 2 out of the 3 components. I was then told the part was unavailable and was offered a replacement appliance instead. They asked me to cut the cord of my new robot and send photos as proof. After I did this, they stopped responding, and I was forced to throw away an appliance that was still working, missing only one small part. This will be the last time I purchase a Ninja appliance.

Bought Kettle and food processor. Both great 8 months ago but having niggles with them now.Contacted Ninja two separate submissions and not heard anything back on either one. This was 5 weeks ago now.It's not that their customer support is bad, it's that it doesn't exist.I will not buy another Ninja produce again.

Have been waiting 12 months for a spare part.Not available anywhere online.Asked Ninja for an update.Karen from customer support offered me a whole new device.Two weeks later, received an email saying that the customer service team had changed their mind.Have asked for their supervisor to contact me 3 times, but Karen just keeps responding with the same email template. Purchased Ninja ES601 from the Ninja US store and shipped overseas. Grinder failed after ~4 months.I was explicitly approved for a warranty replacement, instructed to prepare the unit (including cutting the power cord), and told I could ship to a U.S. address for forwarding — but this approval was later withdrawn after escalation due to overseas use.US and SG teams redirected me between regions with no clear resolution. Sharing for awareness for overseas buyers.

I purchased the Ninja crispi pro. It turns out that the item was faulty. I returned two items I purchased - a container and the machine itself. I received a confirmation from Ninja that both items have been received by the warehouse HOWEVER - the refund amount was incorrect. They withheld the taxes. I called and the advisor I spoke to told me that that is the correct amount - without taxes and he will only escalate once I receive my refund. To date, I have still not received any refund and the amount promised is incorrect. I have never heard of any company withholding taxes when doing a refund. I do not recommend this company's products and the company itself. Please refund me asap. Ticket#23643254

Never seen worst customer service. Coffe machine the highest model from the offer started leaking after 1 month. Infro fron website about customer service will call you back up to 6h is a joke of the year. Issue reported week ago - no answer. Time for youtube video about this funny company

I’ve been using Ninja products in my home for a while now, including a Ninja pressure cooker and countertop appliances, and they’ve consistently delivered exactly what you want from modern kitchen gear: strong performance, simple controls, and reliability.What I appreciate most is how Ninja designs products for real daily use instead of just marketing. The pressure cooker in particular heats quickly, seals well, and gives very consistent results whether I’m doing quick meals or longer cooks. The build quality feels solid and not disposable, which matters when you’re actually cooking with something multiple times a week.I also like how easy their products are to clean and maintain. A lot of appliances look good but become annoying to live with — Ninja seems to actually think about the full ownership experience.Overall I’ve had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend Ninja to anyone who wants dependable kitchen equipment without overpaying for a luxury badge.

Very bad product way overpriced for what you get.I own few of them non last more than 3 years.Just after warranty expired product does aswell. Before you purchase anything from this company check reviews but not on their original side.Check YouTube how people are fixing, look for errors which very often start appearing in first month's of use.Be aware.
