I had to update my email address in NordPass. This required for me to supply multiple items to verify my identity. This was a bit of a chore for me however it showed how much security means to NordPass.

Installed nordpass but really screwed…
Installed nordpass but really screwed up my Mac making it incredibly slow. Had to uninstall. Now all ok. Would not recommend.

I have had great problems using Nord…
I have had great problems using Nord VPN and NordPass. When I asked them for help I received an email which gave incorrect instructions. It seemed to me that the person who wrote the email to me just wanted to get it all done very quickly without checking what he had written. For instance, he asked me to click on a link which said "Reset my Vault" but the only link I could see said "Reset my Account". I am 78 yrs. old and get confused with technology. This only served to get me more confused!
