Great prices and quick delivery
Purchase my Joico shampoo from them at over half what other retailers are selling it for. No issues whatsoever with the delivery, arrived quickly. Will definitely use them again.

Good offers…
I like shopping here because they offer reasonable prices, but my first experience with returning an item was challenging and required me to chase after them. I wouldn't recommend it if you're uncertain about the product, as returns and refunds can be complicated.

The parcel has not arrived til today
The parcel has not arrived til today, ordered on November 14th, it was returned to the warehouse, I have not received a refund, no one is responding to my inquiries, big disappointment

Very fast service

Missing Order
So I placed 2 orders with Notino, one 23rd November and the other 24th November. The order on the 23rd arrived promptly but there seemed to be a delivery issue with Evri for the second. Anyway, just off the phone to their customer service, couldn’t be any happier with their service. Offered a refund or another order so I took the order but they were so helpful. I’ve ordered from Notino over a dozen times over the years. Never had any issues with this company. Would always suggest calling over email/online form though. Those take forever!

Notino Uk is a great website
Notino Uk is a great website. There’s something for everyone. Products are great value. I’ve found items that I haven’t been able to purchase on other sites. Excellent delivery.

Failed to deliver
I ordered 2 candles costing £46.33. 26/11 they advised me they were on the way and would be with me by 5/12. 1/12 they advised me the order was delayed. 5/12 they advised me my order was lost. They offered me a refund, I accepted. I'm still waiting. I've had no reply to my last enquiry.

Do not use Notino
Do not use Notino if you want a reliable delivery service. They use Evri who are totally useless as a courier service. You cannot communicate with Evri with an advisor,just a stupid chat bot that is programmed to avoid human chat. The phone service is the same. Still have no delivery as delayed for a third time in a week.
