The order had to be redirected to a new address because I was in the process of moving, and the weather caused a delay in shipment. Zoey was great to work with and helped get the package redirected. The desk showed up, was simple to put together, and I am happy with the product.

Incredible chair. Incredible customer service.
The chair is fantastic. I liked it so much I upgraded from the L1 to the O1, and customer service was the best I've experienced in a long time. They walked me through the process, and went above and beyond to make sure my amazon order matched their website prices. Their commitment to their customers is seriously five star.

Great chair for all the features it…
Great chair for all the features it comes with. Easy to put together. Shipping was super quick. I have had a bad back for years now, and the lumbar support from this chair is really nice. The only complaint I have about the chair is that is it annoying to adjust the hight .
