I ordered 9 dresses from Oh Polly to try out for my 30th birthday. I never intended to keep all of them and some were the same dress in different sizes. I ended up sending them all back and I only got a refund for 3 of the dresses, I have been contacting them for a month and they say they only received the 3 and will refuse to refund me. So now they are saying I have to pay £349 for 6 dresses I don’t have. Some are the same dress in different sizes which I obviously did not keep. I am genuinely shocked and just disgusted with their customer service. Evri are saying something completely different so I am unsure why they aren’t speaking to each other! I cannot believe this is the outcome and their only answer is for me to now pay £349… from such a big company that I have purchased from a lot over the last decade! Will never be buying from them again. Awful customer service.

Hi had a slight issue with a dress when I received it it was very minor however I just wanted to bring it to the company’s attention. I spoke to three lovely girls Kasia, Chloe and Paige who responded so quickly and were so polite and helpful. They offered me multiple options and were all suitable and and I was more than happy with the service provided. The dress was also amazing quality and everyone complimented me on how nice it looked too. Great service !!

I tried multiple times to place an order on the Oh Polly US website so that my daughter could order her prom dress and every single order was cancelled as “fraud” for no valid reason. I used different credit cards (including Amex Platinum), double checked all billing and shipping information, and even tried PayPal, everything was correct and my bank confirmed there were no blocks or issues on their end.Every attempt was automatically cancelled by their system. I contacted customer service multiple times and all they kept saying was that if the system cancels the order there is nothing they can do. No escalation, no solution, no actual help. Just repeating the same scripted response.At this point I genuinely do not understand how this company makes sales if legitimate customers cannot complete a purchase. If your fraud system is broken and your support team refuses to assist, that is a company problem, not a customer problem.Extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you want to gamble on whether their system randomly allows your payment to go through.

I recently placed several orders with Oh Polly, intending to keep my favourite pieces and return those that were not appropriate/needed. The purchases were split across multiple orders due to sizing discrepancies, which I understand can happen and was of no fault of the brand itself.The items I kept were of generally good quality for the price point. Unfortunately, my experience with returns significantly undermined this.Following a return, I was informed that certain items were rejected due to minor marks on the fabric and movement of a tag. I was surprised by this, as the items appeared to be in this condition on arrival and had not been worn beyond initial inspection. No clear evidence was provided to demonstrate that this was damage caused after delivery.I have previously purchased from Oh Polly in the past without issue, which made this experience particularly disappointing. Given the brand’s positioning and its rising prices, I would have expected a more balanced and customer-focused approach when dealing with faults or items that are questionable on receipt.Ultimately, this experience has put me off purchasing again, and will likely be my final order. It’s a shame that what should have been a straightforward returns process has resulted in a loss of trust.

I was worried about my order since it hadn’t moved locations in a while so I reached out & was helped by Bailey. She was awesome & assured me that we would find a solution. Bailey was extremely helpful with the problem at hand. Also would like to give thanks to Kasia for giving me an update as well. :)
