The fillets were not tender
The fillets were not tender. Very disappointed. They were very marbled and by the time I cut all the fat away there was little meat left.Also the new packaging, not the styrofoam chests, did not prevent the burgers from defrosting!

Only one of two gift orders made it to…
Only one of two gift orders made it to the recipient. Tracking was not accurate and in the end - flat out wrong. Attempts to contact the company went unanswered to the point where it was more trouble than it was worth. Been ordering gift boxes for two recipients for 5 years plus - never again..

Omaha Steaks offer some of the best steaks i have shopped for. I have ordered my steaks online and my order is always packaged so securely I have not had a problem with shipment at all. Omaha Steaks stand behind what they offer and their meals are out of this world good. I have used them for holidays and everyone was happy.
