I ordered a smartwatch and never got delivered. Mailt around for more then 3 weeks and still no solution was provided like a refund or new product was send. OnePlus customer support only wants a police report that the package is stolen, but here in Europe that is unlawful because they have to prove that you did receive it if they think you are lying. Now I have reported as fraude because they took my money and didn't give anything and given that as police report number. (This was suggested by my local police authorities).I just find it sad that company that deliver pretty good products has this low quality customer support. It feels like that they don't care about there customers.

The technology on the OnePlus Nord 5 is excellent. However, by association with their trade-in service and world business srl (also trading as Mondo Affair) they nearly received a 1 star rating. OnePlus need to remove association with the company they use as part of their trade in programme. They are completely missing leading the consumer. The consumer does not have a leg to stand on either. I was offered EUR189 for my device. My device is new. Did not have a single mark on it. They claim there were signs of use. They do not clarify where exactly the signs of use are. They refer to the photos even though they show no signs of use. I was expecting there to be no issues given the quality of the device I was sending.I honestly think they are chancers and disingenuous. It's a complete scam.It reflects poorly on OnePlus for their choice of partner. The customer service people for OnePlus are responsive. However, they claim it's not their problem to solve. I submitted a complaint and escalated. Currently awaiting reply.

I bought OnePlus pad go 2 and was faulty from the factory.I sent for repair. It's been one month since they received and they didn't repair yet. They are claiming that don't have the parts to repair.I believe that one month was very reasonable to get the parts. So far no one can say when they will repair the device. Probably will take a very long time to get repaired.I got in touch with OnePlus 2 times to find a solution so far no luck.I didn't got any answer from them.Big mistake buying from them.for sure I will not buy again from themVery bad experience

I ordered a brand new OnePlus phone and even paid for priority next-day delivery — the most expensive shipping option — expecting secure and professional handling. Instead, the packaged arrived damaged and the phone arrived with the box seal already broken. I never opened it because I couldn’t trust that the device hadn’t been tampered with. What followed was over two months of delays, unclear processes and poor communication. Rather than offering a simple replacement (which should be standard in this situation), I was repeatedly pushed toward a refund, leaving me without a phone for weeks despite having already paid in full. For a premium brand, this service is unacceptable. A broken seal on delivery should have been resolved quickly and professionally — not turned into a long and stressful experience for the customer.

I purchased a OnePlus 15 to replace my Google Pixel 6 pro. The new phone arrived, quickly and efficiently. The phone is wonderful, just as expected....but the issues around trade-in ... Unbelievable First the trade in partner had no record of my trade in, despite me sending them the OnePlus invoice clearly showing it. Eventually OnePlus customer service got them to accept it My phone was in perfect working order, had spent it's entire life in a tuff case so had zero wear and tear, no scratches, nothing. Working perfectly no issues. I sent it off property wrapped in layers of bubble wrap, in it's tuff case, in a protective box. A week later I received an email saying my phone had a defective screen. No proof, no evidence, nothing just a statement. They were then asking me to supply mailing labels so they could send it back. I have traded in phones many times and never had any issues at all, Samsung, Google, even Blackberry. I am waiting for OnePlus customer service to get back to me, but I am at this point completely put off the brand . What a shamblesUpdate 18th February 2026- the trade in partner has forwards an image showing a few pixels in a corner not working. Something that wasn't there when the phone was mailed to them. In fairness maybe the damage occurred in transit, however the description of Defective Screen phone not operable is just not appropriate. Spoken to OnePlus customer service and told them that I expect them to get my phone back to me safely and at zero cost to myself. With all this shambles, my faith and belief in OnePlus is gone and over. So sad as the OnePlus 15 I now have is a good phone. Watch this space...... Update 20th February 2026 - today I received an email from OnePlus customer service saying they had no record of my order. Odd really as the person I spoke to a few days earlier had called the order up on their system. It's clear the customer service part of the company have no idea what they are doing. So I wipe my hands clean of OnePlus and I suggest if you are reading this you do too. I would give them zero stars if I could. It's a real shame as the phone I bought is a joy to use. Update - Have spoken to Oneplus as I tried to raise the payment to their partner but my banks system wont let me, as the business address is in Italy, but the bank details are in Lithuania and their scam checking system won't let me raise the payment. I have now asked (told) oneplus that they must get my phone back safely as I cannot and that they cannot simply pass this off as an issue of a third party. Its getting serious now as my property is technically "kidnapped". As a side note they also had two cases in their system on this so the issue was running around the houses internally it seems - hence the email i received. Watch this space......Final outcome - OnePlus have completely washed their hands clean of this issue as they seem to have done in all the other cases on this review site. My recommendation is to completely avoid OnePlus. They obviously don't value customers as they say otherwise they would have resolved and changed this inoperable trade in process

Very helpful customer service. I ordered an item which I didn't need, my mistake and they were very understanding and followed up by emails until the situation was resolved. My family and I all have OnePlus phones and tablets and work perfectly. Maybe they are improving after some poor reviews.

They're in business with mondo affari an italian business running a trade in scam for oneplus's UK customers (I don't know if it's the same for other countries). They're not giving a fair price for the phone and then trying to charge you to have it sent back. Don't fall for this like I did.The customer service will not lift a finger about this issue despite it being their fault.

ONEPLUS WATCHES. BEWARE. Read This Before You Buy.1. The OnePlus Watch 2 comes with 32GB of storage BUT there is no way on their OHealth app to load your own MP3 music files onto the watch. You can only download music from subscription services such as Spotify etc. 2. You can only connect one Oneplus watch at a time to their app. If you want to pair another you have to factory reset the other watch before being able to connect the other watch. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!! How stupid is this.I will be returning my purchase immediately.

I was going to buy a phone from this company with the option to trade in my old phone. My Pixel 9xl Pro phone was in excellent condition and was valued at 380 euros.I received an email that my phone was rated category B and would be priced at 160 euros. I had to agree or return it for an additional 27 euros. After you, it was clear to me that it was not worth doing business with OnePlus.I returned them a new phone and had to pay 20 euros for shipping my old one, but another problem awaited me.When returning their products, it's been more than two weeks and I still can't get my money back.
