Great personalized ornaments, loved by all as gifts. A small issue was quickly fixed with a replacement. Highly recommend.

Ordered several ornaments over the years - this year the ornament’s screw for holding the hook couldn’t hold the weight of the ornament - it immediately fell and broke. I reached out to the company and the email back advised me to superglue it back together…they did NOT say “apologies let us make it right.” I will not order from them again.

Horrible customer service!I received a personalized ornament that arrived with the name smudged because they packed it before letting the ink dry. I contacted the company multiple times by email and phone to find out how to repair or replace the ornament. I never received a response and had to go through my credit card company to get a refund.

I order an item on dec. 16th and paid for faster shipping to get it before Christmas. They never sent the item. I tried calling them and sending them emails and they never answered. Then i finally get an updated after Christmas saying they can cancel the item. but i had to find out and never sent an email saying it was cancelled.

I would not give this company any stars, but in order to write this review I had to give them a star. I ordered Christmas ornaments on December 7 and never recieved them. After sending a couple of emails, it was marked in transit in my account but no tracking numbers were provided. Finally, someone one responded and said I will be refunded for my order. I haven’t recieved anything yet.

Missing an ornament for Granddaughter and no one responds to my emails or phone calls! I am very disappointed and will not order from them again! Poor customer service

Not able to give it negative stars or I would. I made a $200+ order on 10/31/25, my address was automatically populated. I did not catch that the last two digits of the address were reversed. I was notified that the address was out for delivery on 11/13 but it never came. Looking at the UPS website I discovered that error. I contacted UPS and the UPS mails delivery entity and was told to contact the Ornament Shop. I called and got a message that they would call me back so I did not have to stay on hold. That was about a month ago. I have since written several emails, several reviews on their site, and recently left another message on a number I found on the Shop app. At this point I have no hope that they will respond. They claim to be veteran owned. I am a veteran, they do not seem to care. There is no, zilch, nada, customer service. Avoid this website at all costs.

The product is good, but customer service is worse than awful. As soon as I received my order confirmation I realized my shipping address was wrong. I immediately called customer service and the recording said to leave my name, number, and order number and someone would call me back. Two days later, no return phone call, so I called again. A few days later I called a third time and also sent an email. A week has now gone by and still no response. I did get an email today saying my order was on its way...to the wrong address.

Do Not Order: when you ask, where your items are, they try to tell you you didn't Pick Up, it was sent back and now it's lost...Of course they do not want to give you your Money back, they want to deduct their "loss"
