Do not trust this company’s "verified trip data"—it is a fabrication. My son’s 4-hour trip turned into a 7-hour ordeal.The Reality: The bus was 90 minutes late to start. During the trip, police intervened and the situation was so serious that the bus required a police escort to the destination. I have a video clip of the police escorting the vehicle. I have the text messages to show the delaysThe Cover-up: When I requested a refund, the company claimed the delay was "only 30 minutes" and a "minor speeding ticket." They are blatantly lying to avoid accountability for a major safety failure.The "Resolution": They refused a refund and offered a $10 voucher for a 3.5-hour delay where the driver was legally unfit to continue.If you value your safety and don't want to be lied to by customer service, book with a different carrier.

OurBus is an absolute disaster. They left multiple. unrelated paying passengers behind, including a 7-year-old child, even though we were physically present at the stop on time with witnesses.They then hid behind “GPS data” and "driver claims" to deny responsibility. No accountability, no refund, just scripted customer service nonsense.We were forced to take a taxi from the Poconos to Manhattan at our own expense because of their failure. Leaving confirmed passengers stranded in the middle of nowhere is bad enough. Doing it with a young child involved is dangerous and inexcusable. Avoid at all costs.

The Bus broke down on the side of the road and was 3 hrs late to drop off and the company costumer service is being a shit by only providing 50 percent off. Horrible Experience never recommending and creating posters to showcase experiences of other.

This is the worst bus experience and customer service I’ve ever dealt with. 3 hours into my 4 hour bus ride we were pulled over. The driver was very sweet and helpful however she was doing 23 over the speed limit and according to the state troopers she wasn’t properly licensed. I was then told I have to wait 3 hours for another bus to come from New York. Shortly after this I was instructed to take an uber for the last hour with 3 other strangers and get reimbursed. I had already called and uber with my boyfriend as we had an appointment to be at and would be late had we not left. Since this event I have been given the run around via email and have not received any proper assistance nor a refund for the trip OR my uber as promised. DO NOT TAKE A TRIP WITH THIS COMPANY.

If there were ten 🌟 stars I would leave all ten!! Shout out to ABDUL!! He went above and beyond for accommodating all of us on our bus. (Black luxury van bus lines) Water was offered and He stopped once aside from bimington to accommodate us with air circulation etc. Kind and courteous with a smile! Earlier than expected arrival which is a bonus!Traveled from Ithaca New York to NYC Hudson yards. Great customer service! Thanks again! Will be traveling with Our bus or flixbusSee you soon!Maria

Beyond furious with this company. I arrived 20 minutes before departure time waiting for an Ourbus....5 minutes before departure I began asking unsigned vehicles if they were Ourbus...no one said they were. Departure time i contact Customer service, they say the driver was running late....as I'm talking to them. They say the driver left. I ask about signage later to find out they were using a completely different company's bus...I saw the bus but it had a completely different company on it. How is a customer supposed to know this? Any sign at all would have helped. Are we supposed to ask every driver if they are ours? Thank God I was able to book a Peter Pan. They did offer a later bus but I had a time sensitive engagement. To add insult to injury, Customer service said they couldn't offer a refund per their MISSED BUS POLICY. Never again. How was one to know a large black charter bus that said Triple K was an Ourbus?????? Please make that make sense. First and Last time.

Unfortunately i haven’t use ourbus in a couple of months cause they don’t have evening buses like they use to so I had to go to another bus where they had 5 pm n 6pm buses on weekends benefits me oh well hope they come back to evening soon 🤷♀️
