Fastes shipment ever - nice stuff
My shipment was sent 2 days after the estimated timeframe because one item was not available. I was given 3 options (choose an alternative, something I don´t remember or ship as is - I chose the alternative) and it was shipped. Only three days later it arrived (China to Germany - must be some kind of record) and the stuff looks great. I ordered mostly jewelry parts like end caps and pearls. I had no idea about HOW MANY PEARLS I actually ordered. Safe to say I won´t have to rebuy them for quite a while. If the metal stuff works out only time will tell - I ordered stainless stell and ion plated things to see if the plating will hold up over time. But the amount of pearls alone was worth the 113 € I spent. Here in Germany I would have spent a lot more.

Total arrogance of the company
Total arrogance of the company. They demand payment in advance including shipping and customs. 10 days after the payment was entered and paid, they write that one item is out of stock. They will refund the payment for it, but without shipping and customs, but that you can buy the same product for a higher price

Do not buy as you will get scammed
I would have give them 0 stars if I could, I tried to get in touch with them numerous times no answer they sent me incomplete order I ordered like 30 different crystals and I had like 5 delivered!!!! No refund no apology nothing

Always an issue
I’ve ordered a dozen times over the last 7 years, for about 300-500$ each time. So I can say for a fact : they are ALWAYS late to ship (8 to 10 days processinh instead of a week, which is already a lot), and there are ALWAYS out-of-stock items, no matter how small your order is. I’ve never seen a company so slow and so bad at handling inventory. It’s a very frustrating experience. I gave them one last chance and here they go again, my order which was due to ship yesterday suddenly has out-of-stock items and will be delayed further. This is the last time I order from them. It’s 2025, you can’t get away with this nonsense anymore.

We've been costumers for many
We've been costumers for many , many years at Pandahall , and it works perfect. In our Country there is 27% tax, we get the packages with this cost always , but this is not their fault . Costumer service is promt and excellent. We love them !

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company there are many other companies to order from they admitted to it being because there 4 item numbers on my order which made the duties in Canada be 50$ ontop of an order I already paid for. I've been using this company for 10 yrs all of a sudden there is a massive duties and taxes fee , they said they would pay it through UPS. They never did . The package sat with ups for 3 weeks now it's back in China they are refunding me a fraction of what I paid and they are stealing over 100$ from me. Theft will be reported to the better buisness bureau in canada

Mostly good
I was nervous to order from here based on reviews and honestly the prices seem too good to be true. All worked out well. I had my delivery within a week of ordering, everything was good quality (read the descriptions really well). The only issue is some of the drilled holes on the gemstone beads are not as advertised. If you need a 1mm hole, I would recommend sizing up.

False advertisement
Just received my order. Fast shipping. 2 replacement purse straps supposedly cowhide leather, more like cheap plastic. Also purse clasps which seem pretty good quality. Items were inexpensive but when you consider shipping and import duty taxes the cost doubles so not such a good deal especially for plastic. Buyer beware.

THIS COMPANY LIES ABOUT FREE SHIPPING
THIS COMPANY LIES about "free shipping." I spent a long time carefully combing through the website, in response to the "free shipping" enticement. I needed some beads for some rosaries I was making. But when I went to check out with my modest order, there was a SHIPPING FEE of more than $30 for a supposedly "overweight charge" which was not mentioned anywhere in the promise of free shipping if you spend more than a certain amount of money. BUT WHEN YOU DO SPEND THAT MUCH, on something such as BEADS, there is a HUGE shipping fee because the order weighs more than 2 KG, which is barely more than 4 pounds. I don't believe the order WAS 4 pounds, but even if it was, Pandahall is the company that sets the criteria, and it seems OBVIOUS that they set it so that, if you meet the monetary minimum for free shipping, it AUTOMATICALLY trips the "overweight" charge. Clearly, it is a scam. I suppose some people don't mind it, but I really HATE being lied to, so I decided not to place the order. I DID try to remove items so as to remove some weight, but when I did that, the minimum order amount was not met and the shipping charges just went UP. SCAMMERS.
