I have cancelled my existing product's…
I have cancelled my existing product's renewal but still getting invoiced £53.38 for the renewal.I have paid for, installed and activated a new product on 5 devices.There is no acknowledgement from you. Only an email in SPANISH telling me that I have renewed for 3 devices which have not been activated!I cannot access my Panda Dome account because my password is not now accepted.I need only the following: CANCELL MY EXISTING AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FOR ONE PRODUCT WHICH EXPIREWS ON 5th FEB 2026!!!!!!

The renewal process is terrible...
The renewal process is terrible... When you reach the payment stage, you realize that not all browsers are supported and the transaction cannot be completed. Then, you change browser, complete the payment, but you still get emails and the pop-up prompting you to renew your subscription. What can I say...

I downloaded Panda Dome security
I downloaded Panda Dome security. A simple process to load them to a windows laptop an android table and phone. From the start it was an easy process, and my laptop is now secure with VPN, antivirus, cleanup and so on. Everything is carried out with ease, no need to contact help, which is provided 24/7.There has been no slowdown in running Panda Dome VPN. For the price paid I am very happy as it also includes a Password Manager, so important now. Very happy to recommend.
