Absolute waste of time - scrambled picture

Absolute waste of time. The menus and trailers work fine, but once the show starts the picture is scrambled. Online advice says to reboot the smart tv. This works sometimes, so I know my internet and tv work, but having to reboot two or three times every time I select an episode to watch is extremely frustrating. I have just spent 20 minutes trying to get a programme to play, without success. Subscription cancelled within free trial period.

Ellison screws up big time

Ellison takes a good show, like “Hell on Wheels,” smothers it in ads every 4 minutes (completely annihilating the narrative intention) and leaves the viewer wondering where in the hell he went to school and why the filthy lucre? I dropped Paramount.

Leave paramount plus - go via Amazon Prime

Constantly stops playing the next episode of series (and I'm using a PC browser), having to go back then "Play episode x", and even then it isn't guaranteed to load - sometimes requires completely logging out then back in...I have a sneaking suspicion is has to do with installed adblock software but I PAY FOR YOU - why am I seeing ads? I pay for YouTube - look, no ads...I pay for Netflix - look, no ads. The only reason you have my business is because you have shows nobody else does (and you won't let me link my Paramount+ account to Amazon Prime...even though I have both which is a scam...)Actually, might just cancel on your website and go through Amazon, at least they're competent...

I don't think I'll stick around...

I don't think I'll stick around after the trial period ends. The app is horrible. The worst app i have seen in a while. Almost every action requires a double press to work. It's slow to load even into the home screen. Laggy as hell. Picture image is trash. I'd get better image quality for free on the pirated copy. Oh and it's certainly not my end problem. Disney plus, Amazon prime and Netflix work absolutely fine on my end. Paramount app is garbage.

Charged for “free” months offered.

I went to cancel my subscription and was offered a free month so i took it, few days later i was charged for that “free” month. I message support and they cant help me but they want to offer me another 2 “free” months. What a joke.

Terrible Service- Glitches - Poor Quality

Started my subscription about a month ago and already received notice of an increase. Picture quality is been terrible along with glitches. App continues to buffer and then logs out with Oops Something Went Wrong.Can’t get through one UFC fight without restarting multiple times. This is the worst service I have had. Im considering canceling my subscription and giving up on the UFC.

It’s consistently bad but with the addiction of the UFC is totally Unwatchable. Our country is headed in such a poor direction. I suppose it’s good a major party responsible won’t get my purchase. My cancelation just went through.
