Buyers beware of the absolute thievery and unscrupulous business practices of this fine establishment. I ordered a part that was in stock, order was verified by email, and the money was taken immediately from my account. This was on 1-30-26. The following morning I was informed via email that they needed my driver's license and a corresponding bill that verified my address. I had recently moved so my driver's license has my old address. Well, that canceled the entire order. At that point, I was ambivalent and figured I can find this part somewhere else. You would have thought that was the end, right? I called Parts Geek on Monday and was informed both by the minion that answered the phone, whom I didn't believe what he was saying and the manager that I asked to speak to. Both assured me that since the address on my license didn't coincide with my utility bill, that my card was never charged. BIG LIE!!!! I finally went to upper management at my bank at got these Crooks on the phone and finally got the TRUTH. They will keep your money for four business days before they refund it. What kind of sleazy, underhanded, low life company does that crap???

Literally the worst experience ever. Ordered the part, went to have it installed, they only sent half of the part after they wanted to confirm fitment so it ended up costing me $440 more because of their mistake. Then they wanted to dispute taking the part back. Never again. Worst customer service ever

Listed a part that would work for my car. It did not. Then, instead of accepting the return, they wanted me to pay for return shipping and have it arrive within an unreasonable amount of time.Impatient, unrealistic, and unwilling to fix their own mistake.

Buy oem trust me you will save in the long run. Got some vtc solenoids from them it lasted 2 months and it broke in pieces i found that out when the car started throwing codes again and when i removed it the solenoid was in 3 pieces. Save money get real quality parts only oem you will regret it later if you dont

I consulted with them through chat to find out which headlights would work the best for my car. They suggested ones and I ordered them. An hour or so later I was doing more research and saw that they would not work so I tried to cancel the order. They would not cancel it and told me that I had to pay to ship them back and pay a 20% restock fee. I contacted my bank to stop the payment because they were in the wrong. Then they told me that they would return the items and wave the restock fee for free so I canceled the credit card claim. It took another 3 weeks to finally get shipping labels to send it back and they just kept giving me the runaround.

If i could leave a no star review I most definitely would. My fiance and I ordered an alternator for our 2006 Volvo XC90. We paid extra to receive it within 2 to 5 business days. We received it 9 days after we ordered it. Ok its been terrible weather all over the United States so we can understand it being late even though we paid extra to have it sooner. When we finally do receive the part guess what it's not even an alternator that goes to our vehicle. Ok well we really need our vehicle fixed so just send us the correct part that we paid for and we'll send the incorrect one back. Ummm no... they apparently don't do exchanges even tho the error is entirely on parts geek. They proceed to tell us in chat as well as over the phone that we will have to send the incorrect part back and once they receive it and verify that it is indeed incorrect then they been process a refund which will take at minimum 14 business days to receive if we paid by Debit card (which we did) and could possibly take longer. And if we want the correct part we will have to reorder and pay for it all over again. Ok so I could see this being a logical solution if the error had been our fault but it 100% was parts geeks fault. And I get some people may have it like that where they can just reorder and whenever the refund hits their bank it hits their bank but we have a severely special needs 3 year old that we care for that is 100% percent dependent on us doing all of his daily care. Neither of us can work outside the home anymore so we don't have it like that. It took everything we had to order this part to begin with. I've never seen a company that doesn't try to do above and beyond to make a customer happy when the company made the error to begin with. If you live on a fixed income or just don't have money coming out the wazoo like our family steer clear of parts geek. Parts Geek don't care about their customers or their customers needs at all.

Oder a part from these people. They sent me the part without the bolts 😂 . Tried to tell me at first the bolt wasn’t in the description until I pulled up my old receipt and showed him. I had just ordered this part about a year ago and it came with the bolt . Then they tried to get me to ship the part back on my own dime . So I spoke to someone and he eventually saw I was correct and created me a FedEx. Return label. I told him I wouldn’t be able to ship the main piece back because it makes no sense because a second snowstorm was headed my way for the second week in a row it would have to double the time for the main part to come back for just one bolt . He started to tell me about policy. I told him who’s going to keep paying for my Uber’s to and from work while I wait for a bolt that I paid for to come correct in the first place. He proceeded to send me sarcastic email as well. I told him who’s going to guarantee me that the part is going to come back correct the second time he couldn’t even guarantee me that it would come correct the second time. This was the warehouse in Tolleson Arizona. They are very unprofessional and rude. I told him if they did this to 100 customers in one month the inventory would still be stocked with all the missing parts that was supposed to go out to customers that customers didn’t receive because of their negligence. No one triple check my order let alone double check the order before it was being sent out. This was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had with a parts company. If you do decide to order something from these people, make sure your order is quadruple check before they release it to be shipped. Because if the part come wrong, or without everything, they will require you to pay Shipping back for the mistakes and negligence. And they are very rude about going about this. These are not kind people your money is everything you are nothing to these people. Sincerely, the customer who is fu#ked out of what he paid for. If you want to be like me order from these guys.
