Exceptional Quality and Service from Perfect Locks.
My experience with Perfect Locks has been excellent. The quality of the hair is outstanding, and it's durability truly sets it apart. I'm also impressed with their customer service and timely delivery. I have been buying hair from them for many years, and they have never disappointed me. Perfect Locks is definitely the number one place to shop for the best quality hair.

The Hair tangles and don't last 1 month
I had a terrible experience with Perfect Locks Extensions. The hair didn't last even a month and tangles excessively. I use Kerastase shampoo, a mask, and leave-in conditioner, but they claim the issue is that I’m not hydrating the hair properly. They shift the responsibility for the poor quality of the hair they sell onto the customer.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, I got 28" wavy tape-ins and from the moment I installed them, they knot like crazy. I had to buy extra brushes to carry with me everywhere because about every 15-20 min I need to brush out insane knots. Spent over $700 for nothing. Complete waste of money and they didn't do anything to resolve the issues. And the hair also came very damaged with lots of split ends.

Ordered a full lace human hair wig with…
Ordered a full lace human hair wig with this company, first week of January 2026. Received the wig and was shocked to see the wig didn’t look anything like the one advertised on their website. Flimsy hair, 130% density that seriously looks more like a 100% density and the ends of the wig looked like a cat’s tail with severe hair loss. Their offered solution was to have the hairdresser cut the ends to your liking?! I sent the flimsy wig back, February 3rd and they happily emailed me they received it in good order, February 17th. They have since been stringing me on pretending the reason they can’t confirm the return for me in Klarna, is due to an “open chargeback” with my bank & Klarna. Meanwhile it’s the 4th of March and Perfect Locks, deliberately delayed confirming, so that I had to report my return a 2nd time with the original track & trace in Klarna. I’ve never had any issues with returning orders back to shops but Perfect Locks is trying their very best to act as if they don’t understand how Klarna works!Avoid this company altogether. Poor quality
I have been ordering iTip Wavy extensions from Perfect Locks for a few years now. However, in the last year or so, the extensions are of significantly poorer quality than a few years ago. Lots of flyaway frizz and knotting. I am searching for another company to buy from.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company, distinct decrease in hair quality having used them for years my last 2 sets lasted less than a month before matting into an unusable ball that had to be ripped apart. I have had hair extensions for years know to condition, oil, used extension care products and the first lot went in the sea once (conditioned) the second lot were washed as normal. I highlighted this to them answered their many questions in which I had cared for them correctly but after the issue had used 1 product they didn’t like (which clearly hadn’t caused the problem) and they refused to even consider a discount code, replacement or partial refund towards remedying this £500 worth of hair and years as a loyal customer. My hairdresser thought the last two lots were very poor quality. Don’t bother.
