They have the profucts my pet wants
Vpick and collect worked well. Great to be able to collect from different stores depending on where I am travelling.

Terrible service.
Terrible service.I placed my first order on 26 January, and they charged me the full amount immediately.However, the order was delivered in parts, not in full, and damaged.The missing items alone cost about £50, and the damage was about the same.I tried to contact them via chat, but the waiting time was either 38 minutes or 45 minutes, and I couldn't get through.I sent a request via the website, which should have been answered within 72 hours, but I haven't received a response in a week.They didn't respond to me or send me the order I paid for.Be careful before ordering through this website.
