Customer service awful
Customer service awful. I ordered 2 dresses and the next day they were on sale. I emailed asking for a price adjustment and they said no. So basically you’d rather me return the 2 dresses and rebuy them at the lower price instead of just giving an adjustment. Everything is overpriced in the first place. Stars are for the fast shipping.

Original order was to be sent to wrong address, they don’t allow any edits. I ordered an exact duplicate. The original order was delivered after return eligibility date. They refused any credit or return. I would never shop there again.

I paid extra for shipping 3-5 business…
I paid extra for shipping 3-5 business days, and the dress will arrive after that window. Asked for assistance and they said just return it when it comes. I will lose the cost for expedited shipping and their BS $4 return charge. NEVER order from them.

Didn't Get To Keep But...
