I have had a great experience with Plushbeds
I have had a great experience with Plushbeds from the moment they helped me decide what would be the best option for me to the Topper itself.The organic topper is extremely comfortable. My Grandson's live with me and the 8yr old constantly complained how his back hurt because the mattress was hard. The Topper I purchased from Plushbeds is so comfortable he loves it. I highly recommended Plushbeds.

Alan is the best!
We ordered on the Presidents' Day sale that then there were delays due to materials supply chain so I cancelled. A few days later Alan reached out to me directly and asked that I reconsider if he could get it shipped right away. Great customer service, I am was happy to pace my order and we are excited about the new bed.

Excellent customer service! Mike was very responsive to my questions. And then after placing my order later that night, I realized I should have ordered dual firmness. I reached out the next morning via chat, and Ferdz was very helpful in switching my order before it shipped out.

Kind and Helpful Service Reps
Ferdz was extremely kind and helpful with getting tracking information for the shipment of my order. When you call this company or chat with them, there are real people on the other line who really care about helping you. I would definitely work with Plush Beds and specifically Ferdz again!
