Prime is a joke
Prime is a joke. There is much better value on free to air aps. I didn’t even last one month. Don’t waste your money. I got the ad free version but I think the ads might have been better than their content.

Prime video is so horrible why should i have to pay extra just to go ad free when i feel like we pay enough just for the service the amount of ads you get while watching a show is so disgusting amazon prime and amazon need to be boycotted

Really terrible service
Really terrible service. We paid for and downloaded some videos to watch while we were on holiday. None of the films were accessible and we spent a whole evening trying to get customer services to help. They either could not or would not help.Total disaster of a service.

Prime video can't cancel
Prime video subscription made deliberately difficult to cancel. It tells me I paid by Google play and amazon prime is not listed there. Spent almost 2 hrs.I have cancelled before and it was easy. Happy to give -10 rating

Repetitive Ads!! You watch more advertisements than your actual show!
This past year+ has gotten beyond ridiculous with the constant advertisements. You have to watch 3 mins of ads before the show even starts and then every 5 mins you have another round of ads ranging from(1-3mins). The icing on the cake is having to repeatedly watch a mixture of the same 5 advertisements... Over & Over. Lately almost every single one is about vapeing or more commonly, aids medication for gay male lovers. I've had it & I'm done.- Sincerely, A Canceled Subscription

I subscribed for the ad free add on for…
I subscribed for the ad free add on for $3.15 a month. Good deal i figured, cheap to get rid of ads!!! I swear there is more ads then before!!! You research why im getting ads when I bought the add on. It says there is ads on sports events, movies from third party that are not Prime, on and on, blah, blah, blah. I watch movie that says Prime right in the corner, lots of freaking ads throughout movie. I watch series from Prime, lots of freaking ads!!! I called and ask about it, they tell me to contact customer support!!! Im like who am I talking to??!! Horrible ad on!!! Horrible customer service!!!

DO NOT PAY FOR PRIME VIDEO THERES WAY BETTER STREAMING SERVICES
They use bots for rating in the App Store every written rating is 1-2 stars, you pay subscription to be able to watch movies and even after paying 70% of the movies you have to rent or buy, and even with all that aside, now they put ads in the movies you’re already paying subscription for 👎👎👎😂 NEVER download or pay subscription for this app it’s a disgrace and YOU WILL REGRET it.

I love prime but pricey and no yearly add fee
I love prime, i started 2 years ago to get it anually unfortunatly they dont let you pay for add free yearly. Even though the cost is a little high for video side with deliverys its something i would still get but not if i have to pay a monthly subscription for removinv adverts. Oh amd if you do get prime for 1.konth and cancel reaccurance you cant add add free after it making it ungetable. I have it this month and will canc3l it at end date. I timed add free with that too.
