Disappointing Experience with Deliveries and Customer Support

My experience with Primo Water has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Deliveries are consistently made outside of the scheduled time window, which completely defeats the purpose of having a planned service. On top of that, notifications often don’t arrive, leaving me unaware of when to expect the delivery.Several of my orders have also arrived incomplete, which creates additional inconvenience and requires extra time to resolve. I have provided clear delivery instructions, yet they are frequently ignored, making the entire process even more unreliable.Customer service has not been helpful either. Response times are slow, and when I do receive a reply, it is usually a generic response that does not address the issue or provide any real solution.Overall, the service lacks reliability, communication, and accountability. I would not recommend Primo Water based on my experience.

False claims about delivery

1) Delivery is NEVER on time. 2) The delivery drivers either don't read the delivery instructions or don't understand them, or they simply choose to ignore them. 3) Delivery drivers formally report that items as being delivered when in reality they are notI have called and complained about the above issues MULTIPLE times. The representatives simply "take a message" which then probably goes to die in some unknown graveyard. EVERY DELIVERY is a problem, and I have to call and follow up MULTIPLE times for ONE delivery to happen. Why is it so difficult for them to fix this problem when multiple customers are complaining about the same issue? Why do I need to stress and call and follow up multiple times to get every single delivery in spite of specific delivery instructions being in place and paying top dollar for the product? If you cannot guarantee timely delivery or professional delivery personnel who can read, comprehend and follow directions, then stop charging delivery fees on every order!!!An extremely dissatisfied, angry and stressed-out customer.Rita Goradia, MD

Delivery guy left waters baking in the sun

Delivery guy left the waters middle of the driveway and just sitting in the sun. Spoke with a representative they sent him back. He decided to give me replacement bottles, but decided to use one right off the driveway that was sitting in the sun like I wouldn’t see him on camera.I think my membership is going to have to end at this point as delivery days are not accommodating so I can put them in the house. I’m available Mondays and Thursdays, but they can’t deliver those days.

Zero stars

Zero stars. This company has no clue on how to run a business. You have to wait all day with no updates. The billing department is an absolute nightmare. And yes I'm still waiting since 8am & was told by 9am my delivery would be here. Now at 1:40pm I'm told between 2-6pm. We'll that doesn't work for me & I live in a community where I cannot leave anything out. Oh well it's time to look for another company bcz this one could run much better but if the people aren't trained properly then this is what we get as customers. Unacceptable & unbelievable!!!

Impossible to cancel, wrong deliveries, and collection threats!

Be very careful with Primo Water. In July, I called to cancel my account and return my equipment because I was moving. They completely ignored my request and kept my account open.I decided to give them another chance and ordered water on September 11. I never got it. Their delivery photo showed the water at a completely different house, so I had to do a chargeback on my credit card.Because they wouldn't let me cancel my account in July, I was trapped. I had to go online and manually skip every single delivery just to stop them from bringing water. On December 24, I forgot to skip it, and they delivered water anyway. I stopped paying them because I was scared they would just keep dropping off water I couldn't cancel. Now, they are constantly charging me late fees and threatening to send me to a collection agency.Their billing is a trap and it feels impossible to actually close your account. Avoid this company!

Unresolved Cancellation and Equipment Pickup

To be honest, we like the water. However, attempting to cancel the service and arrange pickup of the empty bottles and dispenser has been a three-month process. We’ve called repeatedly and spoken with customer service multiple times. Each time, we’re told the request will be passed to a route manager, but nothing happens. The last two calls we were told it would be escalated to the district manager, and still there has been no resolution. In the meantime paying to store their stuff as well.Good luck.M. Davidson

Sales Rep Introduced Himself as an Ice Agent

A sales rep named Jeff Marvin came into our business yesterday and immediately introduced himself as an ICE agent. He seemed very serious at first and it made our team very uncomfortable. He eventually said he was joking but this was not funny and we will never consider your services as a result. It was in poor taste and his employment should be reconsidered.

Do NOT trust them!

I have tried MANY times to cancel my subscription after we have decided to move commercial spaces. I've called twice, cancelled and had them scheduled to pick up my dispenser. They never showed up. Tried to chat with someone online multiple times, and they all closed the chat on me the second I tried to cancel. Last time I tried to get them to pick it this week and they did a no show again and still decided to charge my card. I've had to get my bank to dispute the charges and it's still an ongoing investigation. DO NOT TRUST PRIMO BRANDS.

I wish I can give them 0 stars. Can’t believe after 3 times call to canceled, after I got the confirmation number. However water still delivered and they gave me invoice with late fee. Don’t try to Never use this company. You will get 100% disappointed and customer service will make you headaches
